Yes, so too, according to your logic, we should have just allowed Germany to destroy Yugoslavia, split the Serbs, arm the Croats and cleans Krajina. Oh, and blame the Serbs. Grow a backbone Darko.... I can tell you belong with the DS and sell-outs.

Good to hear. This government is bringing confidence back to Serbia, which was completely destroyed by the previous sell-outs. Keep it going and respect will come to those that respect themselves.

The words are reassuring so it's time for deeds. The sense of anxiety, brought in by Tadic, his sell-outs and his failed "no alternative to EU" policy is fading.
(Zoran, 27 September 2012 12:12)

Exactly and the deeds are even more traitorous than Tadic's. In just a few weeks Ivica:

- downgraded the Kosovo Ministry to a Kosovo Office
- accepted to seat on the same room with Kosovo* without the note on the nameplate
- is ready to seat on the same table with the organ snatcher
- is ready to accept partition - i.e. changed policy from "Kosovo is Serbia" to "part of Kosovo is Serbia"

do you need more traitorous deeds ?!

I do not know why you're wasting enegri to Comment about Kosova. When I drove into the Kosova atleast every year it is a sign that not even a blind person could miss Welcome to the Republic of Kosova.

My dear friends, you have to realize that Kosovo is an independent country.
Those who do not believe in what I say please come to Kosova and see it with your own eyes. Serbia has no control over Kosova.

I think factice that unemployment makes people have nothing else to do, and then you have time to spread hatred among each other. Politicians they get richer and richer while ordinary people are becoming poorer and poorer.

If I am wrong please Comment about it. But before you do, do not listen to a patriotic song. (this applies to both Kosovars and Serbia). I wish you all a very good day.

That's factually wrong; a citizen of Kosova/o can travel to Albania using only an ID card. If this was a criterion to assess whether a border is a border or an administrative line then I can argue that Kosovo belongs to Albania ... you see what I am saying?

Demi and the other "uneducated" visitors to this site. Serbs LOST the battle of Kosovo in 1389. We WON WWII, and we were LIED to in '99 resulting in the current frozen conflict. The Serbian army is alive and well, i assure you. Did you not see them pulling out virtually UNTOUCHED in '99? Sure we took civilian losses and infrastructure loses, but our military was in full control of Kosovo and even some parts of Albania until the very last day of the war. Google it! However, as you know the Ottoman Empire is no more, the Nazis bit the dust and your "new" buddies will soon drown themselves with their unsustainable debt and un-winnable wars. I know you don't believe me, but neither did your father and forefathers before you. You'll just have to learn like they did unfortunately.

So our good friend Zoran celebrating that SNS-SPS coalition resembles old government from war years. Zoran, sorry, but you have completely lost your mind. Oh yes! Everything so great during Milosevic years! I can barely afford bar of soap and tooth paste in 1994 thanks to sanctions he brought on Serbs, and to all of my DM's that he stole and gave to old Borka to carry over to Cyprus. Yes, that was fabulous time to be Serbian. I remember taking in my cousin from Knin in 1995 after our wonderful government desert 250.000 of our helpless people. He rode tractor through Bosna for three days strait, then guards at Serbian border want to beat him for not staying in Krajina to fight against overwhelming Croat invasion. He was 57 years!! Guys, Tadic is history so what the EU/US agreed with him is history. Can you not hear what this government is saying? We were heading towards recognition with a sell-out Tadic government but that is no more.

It is quite interesting to note that the parties in government now, the Socialists and reformed Radical, are essentially the pre-2000 government. The so-called revolutionaries (DS) have had their turn but have essentially made a complete mess of Serbia.

It just goes to show what western engineered governments will bring - poverty! Thank God Tadic and his sell-outs are gone. As for the status of KiM, we all know that the majority of the world and some very influential powers are not part of any "done-deals".

The fact that so many Albanians frequent this site is just further proof that no deal is done until Serbia, Russia, China, Cyprus, Greece, Spain, Slovakia, Romania, India, Brazil and so many other influential countries say so. Oh, we even have an Albanian moving from Belgrade to Canada... damn, cry me a river! :)

Several flaws in his interview:
1. The Border between Kosovo and Serbia has already been established.
2. There is no UNMIK customs any longer, UNMIK relinquished that role to the Pristina authorities.
3. UNSC res1244 mentions nothing about institutions being status neutral, that concept did not come into play until 2008, 9 years after 1244
4. Your own Constitutional Court has ruled that the dual payments made in Kosovo was unconstitutional.
5. Both Kosovo and EU/US representatives say that status is not a subject of the talks.
6. Serbia refuses to sit down with the PM of Kosovo, if not the President then high level talks cannot take place.
7. Delay of these talks will only stagnate Serbia, there is no benefit to Kosovo other than the west want them to participate.
8. The EU is not going to be fooled by any fake pretense from Serbia that they want to talk when they start out with demands that will keep Kosovo from coming to the table.
9. Serbia can ask or encourage UN participation in the talks all they want but these are talks brokered by the EU, the process has been praised by all members of the UNSC, Even if Russia has about faced it can do nothing to get the rest of the UNSC to agree.

Actually, the only crossing that are more difficult to cross are those that generally separate Albanians from other Albanians. I believe you need a passport in that case. Shooting yourselves in the foot again. LOL!

Finaly a Serbian politician who is standing up for our brothers and sisters in south Serbia. People like Vulin are a thorn in the eye of terrorist albanians and their imperalist pimps in America.

“Border crossings are not possible. There is only UNMIK customs for us, because it has never been abolished. I do not know the Kosovo customs,” Vulin told daily Večernje novosti.

oh ,but I know an official border crossing between Kosova and Serbia, and is called MERDARE. You know it too, since you had to cross the border there recently .

As for UNMIK Customs, I have yet to see a single UNMIK Custom''s officer in Kosova, unless they are stationed on Serbian side of the border.

How is it stronger? Have there been investments in Kosovo that I am not aware of? How is Serbia going bankrupt while Kosovo is getting stronger?
Don't just make statements and not back them up.

No problem Darko, perhaps we should have joined the NAZIs during WWII and saved the lives of over a million Serbs? Shall we start blaming those who protected Serbs for their deaths? Perhaps we should have let the Ottomans take Kosovo back in 1389 and saved the lives of hundreds of thousands of Serbs?

Yes, so too, according to your logic, we should have just allowed Germany to destroy Yugoslavia, split the Serbs, arm the Croats and cleans Krajina. Oh, and blame the Serbs. Grow a backbone Darko.... I can tell you belong with the DS and sell-outs. Otpor is dead and thank God for that!

a New Day

pre 11 godina

9. Serbia can ask or encourage UN participation in the talks all they want but these are talks brokered by the EU, the process has been praised by all members of the UNSC, Even if Russia has about faced it can do nothing to get the rest of the UNSC to agree.

too funny

so funny you read this article where there is no border between Kosovo and Serbia, and then the next article where the minister is announcing that the IBM agreement willbe implemented in 2 weeks. With IBM meaning integrated BORDER management.

Demi

pre 11 godina

Isn't this the same man who had his ass kicked out of Kosova a few days ago ??

That time he felt the border between Kosova and Serbia. And now he don't recognize it despite the IBM =Integrated BORDER managment ??

As for Unmik custom they dont exist. Not in Kosova. Present at the border will be Kosova custom officals controlling every human entering Kosova. This is whether you like it or not Mr.Vulin.

Serbian officals still not wanting to tell the truth to serbian citizens I guess.

Not right. They also defeated NATO 1999 and they are still celebrating all this victories.

This is a dirty political play isn't it? I don't know who Kosovo customs are...? you don't have to. they present themselves to you as soon as you enter the Border /crossing what ever you call it. UNMIK died long time a go didn't you know about? you signed agreement in Brussels to have UNMIK name removed under Kosovo representative nameson regional and international meetings. because they goneeee. If UNMIK were there my friend you would not need agreement on IBM at all.

Come on say the truth to the Serbian people this is a political game nd just a game and nothing more.

Kosova-USA, you make a good point. However, the truth is irrelevant to Serbs as long as they keep hearing what they want to hear from their politicians.
You know they defeated the Ottomans in 1389 and also defeated the Nazis in WWII, right?

I am thinking about it and you are RIGHT. I am fed up with our leaders and booking a one way trip out of here. All our government speaks is lies and I CANNOT TAKE IT ANYMORE. Everyone here is in sad state of denial about Kosovo. Any idiot can see through the rubbish coming out the mouth of Vulin and others, but we only hear what we want. But I am one Serb who says NO MORE! I am off to Canada where I don't have to listen to this S--IT. Adios Belgrade!

Ya...so good to see things like in the old times. Back then I needed lots of pivo slivo and romance to help me forget how 'great' the life was in Serbia. I am afraid those days coming back.....if I can afford!!

(Zoran, 27 September 2012 15:01)
That's factually wrong; a citizen of Kosova/o can travel to Albania using only an ID card. If this was a criterion to assess whether a border is a border or an administrative line then I can argue that Kosovo belongs to Albania ... you see what I am saying?

I like his tone! He is direct and to the point. This is the only language Albanians in Kosovo can understand.
(Daniel, 27 September 2012 12:07)
It is a little hard to understand when his superiors come right behind him and say exactly the opposite. While it is beginning to look like no one in the Serbian govt knows what is going on, one thing for sure, head of an office on Kosovo would not have more power than the ministers, or maybe not.
I doubt anyone took him seriously.
