It hard to say yes to the people that raped 50, 000 women in Bosnia and Kosovo... Congratulation Kosovo on your independence!
(Brady, 27 September 2012 13:37)

If that were the case, not only would Bosnia and Kosovo not exist today, because in addition to rape, the rest of the population would be put to flight or be wiped out, but Serbia would also be far more powerful than it is. I love how these internet morons exaggerate such ridiculous claims for a country that is as poor as it is. If Serbia was as strong and organized as the way they carry on, you'd think Serbia's borders would extend to Austrian Alps, the Adriatic Sea, and the shores of the Bosporus.

She added that it was also agreed that it should be raised to the highest political level but that the Albanian side had not sent a response yet as to whether it accepted this.

Patience, patience. America is rather busy these last few days, what with addressing the UNGA and being more preoccupied with events that might spiral out of control in the Middle East. Writing up a formal response to give to their loyal sock puppets in Pristina to deliver to Belgrade is just not on the top of the "to-do" list. Rest assured though that Thaci and Co. are busy being put on hold with the new US Ambassador's calling center. A customer service representative should be with him shortly in order to give him an idea of how to proceed and more importantly, what to say.

There is no response from Kosovo because they require such a situation. However, I hope that Serbia will resolve the situation in their interest.

@Brady: can you please tell us the sources of your information, so we can check the validity of your extreme claims? Because otherwise all you are spreading are lies and anti-Serb propaganda.

Every monkey on its own these days. One says we will not meet with Kosovo Albanian politicians, one says we will, one says we will change parts of the agreement, one says we will implement it, one says partition is the only way, one says "no partition". All of them play the game of "delay, delay, let's wait and see", then say "we are still waiting for the Albanians". This must be the common, large consensus policy Nikolic was talking about. What a headache.

Of course Albanians haven't responded, now that they can't make bullying and unreasonable demands, there's nothing in it for them. And they thought they'd be able to terrorise Serbs forever. Bless...

The kosovo-albanian side will respond as soon as you implenent all agreements that have been made so far.
Your willingness to raise the dialogue to the highest level means you will have to sit down with PM Thaci and president Jahjaga, which is something that you dont want, so they're actually waiting for a response from Serbia.

"... establishment of lasting peace between Serbs and Albanians and that he supported direct talks on the highest political level, without recognition of Kosovo's independence."

It will not work....Serbian should call a referendum on whether wants to be part of EU without Kosovo or wishes to join Russian Federation of Vladimir Putin. The Serbin constitution will be an excuse for Serbia to condition any future talks. Get rid of that "problem" first and talks can take place.
