Both German states have marked OVER YEARS in a detailed job marked the (and now is different)
-for the West the internal German border
-for the East the border of a independent state
But NEVER it was possible to have a joint ("integrated" border management, "integrated" means completely common, so both sides are knowing whos would be registeres or searched or or, theis "IBM" can only be an "integrated smuggling managament" for goods and persons. But possibly due to corruption in Serbia the Albanians are knowing all details of the Serbian border management (better: regime of the border control)

Yes yes you will amend them on your dreams..if you amend it means the agreement faild and will be declared invalid.

IBM is the greatest victory Kosova has ever achieved in this dialogue. you tell me now which country will make an agreement on IBM with its''province''as you serbs call it. IBM stands for Integrated border managment Serbs calling Integrated ''crossing managment''you call it what ever, we call it as it is in the agreement, IBM. and will be implemented accordingly and our borders will be under our controll in our side, in your side your ''crossing'' should be under your controll. you can't escape at allcose implementing will be indirectly recognision runing away will mean blocking you EU integration and will lose/already lost reputation in the international community- which it favourite us, Kosovars. which ever you chose it. take it or leave it..

Agreements of the "wholy spirit"?

“We do not have the maneuvering space to say that the agreements are not in the interest of the state and that we do not accept them. This would be irresponsible, and no country can do something like that,” Drecun, a member of the Serb Progressive Party (SNS), told reporters in the Serbian parliament.

“All international agreements are binding regardless of the change of authorities"

ALL INT AGREEMENTS CAN BE CHANGED AND ALSO CANCELLED. Normally such treaties include regulations for such cases. If serbia as not included this, it is also possible to cancel a treaty, if the other side is not acting according the agreement. But like ever nobody is telling the public the truth in Serbia

I think Kosovo and the West should refuse to talk with Dacic, because he was involved with a government which committed war crimes, and maybe even say, forget Nicolic, because he sees nothing wrong with the way Serbia acted in the past. If Serbia thinks they can play games, give them a dosage of their own medicine. But these hollow bimbos in Belgrade will never get it anyway. They are a wast of time. Serbia is a lost case.....

“The presence of customs officers installed by Priština is problematic, as they operate in the name of the self-declared state of Kosovo,”

...and what is Serbia going to do to get Kosovo to remove them? hahaha NOTHING! Or should I say what can Serbia do to get Kosovo to remove them?

This is one of many sole reasons why the Kosovans will have so many problems with Serbia. How can you negotiate with people like that. First they agree and sign on paper, next they don’t implement the agreements they signed, and now half-heartedly accepting the agreement but at the same time constantly try to amend them as they please. This proves that a bad neighbour can make your life hell.

“The presence of customs officers installed by Priština is problematic, as they operate in the name of the self-declared state of Kosovo,” Drecun said, adding that Belgrade will have to make much effort to persuade Serbs in the north to accept joint checkpoints.

You don't have to persuade any ordinary K-Serb in north Mitro, just stop the flow of money to few hundred thugs that is making lives of thousands of K-Serbs miserable every day.

As for changing the agreements, you are wasting your sweet time.
