PM Ivica Dačić says that <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics-article.php?yyyy=2012&mm=09&dd=25&nav_id=82347" class="text-link" target= "_blank">the exchange of letters</a> on "integrated management of crossings" will not cause any immediate changes on the administrative crossings.
There is no obligation for the current serbian government to implement those agreements the government before signed. The serbian government is free to cancel each international agreement, as every state is free to make agreements or cancel them. Everything else is nonsene. If this agreement violates the serbian constitution, and it seems to me it does, it is even the obligation of the sertbian government to cancel this agreement. Otherwise Serbia is becomming more and more ridiculous.
It seems, the new government is already on course to accept the orders and blackmails by Washington and Brussels. If it is so, there would be no difference to the former government.

The next condition is already in discussion in Berlin, Washington and Brussels: Before Serbia can enter the EU, Serbia will have to become a full fledged member of NATO. But this new condition will be raised after Serbia has recognised its territorial amputation, means recognising Kosovo. It s time to decide what Serbia wants: A souvereign country or an Coloniy of the West. If Serbia decides for being a colony of the West, there is no help to expect from Russia anymore.
