Serb National Council of Northern Kosovo President Milan Ivanović says local Serbs do not have information about a platform for the solving of the Kosovo issue.

Everything is solved than... not sure what the argument is about. The solution as described in Kosovo's UDI is in accordance with UNSCR 1244 and that is acceptable for the Serb National Council of Northern Kosovo.
