LSV leader denies beating up man after restaurant fight

Why in the world is this politician, Canak, accompanied by his bodyguards, confronting a private citizen in a parking lot of a restaurant? If there was any altercation between this victim of an obvious beating, and Canak's niece, it would be a police matter to investigate, no? More and more, everyday, I feel like I am living in a mafia state, where enforcement of rules, and settling of personal issues, is done by fists and God knows what else. If Canak laid even one finger on this man, guilty or not, his ample rear end should see the inside of a jail for a while. It is time these politicians come back down to earth, they are not judge, jury, and executioners - and they dot own this country.

This needs to be investigated, Canak arrested and put on trial. If there is no evidence to prove him guilty then of course freed, but something about this seems that Canak is guilty, it wouldn't surprise me, if he is he should be sent to prison and barred from politics in the future.

When they attacked, I inflicted minor wounds to one's arm with a pocket knife;I could not box or Greco-Roman wrestle two hooligans with my spinal injury. The result: they were free to go with no questions asked. Me -- 7 months in jail, most medicines and medical treatment for chronic illnesses denied, and am now not only handicapped but permanently ill.And now,because we are sick and handicapped and I was in jail for defending my family's lives [sic: excuse -- because I am a foreigner]the Serbian State took our 8 year old son and gave him last week to the custody of his biological father,an unemployed heroin-addict who never paid 5 years child support, and made death threats against us for two years along with hooligan pals. God knows what started this. Maybe the niece is just as arrogant and thought she could behave any way she wanted to. Maybe this man wasn't going to be bullied by her. Maybe he is the bully. The witnesses inside the restaurant can tell a much more balanced story.
One thing is obvious and that is that this man was beaten up. This immediately puts Canak at a disadvatange because nobody has the right to beat up another. It's not like two men had a go at each other. It was more like at least 3 men against one. This fact alone should land Canak in jail. He had no right to sick his attack dogs on anyone.

It is common Knowledge that Nenad has been on a strict diet for many months. This diet was ordered by his physician in Novi Sad-he was too heavy and it was causing problems for his overall health. When I was in my weekend house in Fruska Gora recently I saw him walking briskly down the small road, two guys tailed him, probably his bodyguards.

I believe the strict diet made him act out and attack this man. Regardless, he will have at least a decade of confinement behind prison walls to improve his fitness. When he gets out of prison he will be physically fit and much less naughty than he is today.
