I think Serbia doesn't have to listen these kind of comments. Vojvodina is part of Serbia and it was forever like that. Kosovo is the heart of Serbia.

This comment shows that many politicians in the Eu have no respect of the Serbian people, but if Tadic called Merkel during her visit with all the new conditions really a friend...but Serbs are doing it often so and asking next morning "Who is this", not knowing what they were saying having many drinks

Decentralization of a country the size of Serbia is laughable. 7.5 million people hardly need more beurocracy and public officials. Moves like these would continue to bloat public expenses and inevitably lead to a bankrupt state. What Serbia needs is more personal responsibility given to it by yhe government in forms of grants and public assistance. Large state owned companies are still possible as long as well compensated businessmen are in charge. Freight, shipping, and transport companies could become leading players in not just SE Europe, but beyond. Clean energy exports need to be realized. No no, what Serbia needs is less politicians and more private enterprize.

Jelko,

Maybe the Slovenian Constitution should be amended to include (before IO say, MYFB):

i) Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Montenegrin, Macedonian and Albanian as "official" languages, considering those people make-up perhaps 20% of the population there.
ii) Constituent status to all ethnic groups of 10% or more.

The EU needs to implement the SAA and protect basic human rights for serbs living in Kosovo. It still hasn't done either and has no excuse not to if it is true that the EU is based on the 'Rule of Law'.

I'm just sick and tired of listening to EU officials everyday telling Serbs "you need to change this, you need to change that." As if their own countries were a panasia!!!
