Constitutional Court to be asked to annul Kosovo agreements

The opposition DSS party is set to submit an initiative to the Constitutional Court, seeking annulment of all decries that stem from the Kosovo dialogue deals. Serbia's 5th column has spoken how about going to Constitutional Court demanding for Serbia to pay back too other countries and victims. Billions of Euros compensation for Serbia's criminal war aggression on its peaceful unarmed victimized neighbours that's a good boy you have my support.

If Serbia anulls the agreements it will set a precedent. Kosovo will be able to anull whatever it has ageed with Serbia. And I bet Serbia would be the first to complain if Kosovo were to anull any ageements between the two.

Considering the recent rulings on Vojvodina, he has a chance. This should help to make clear just how much that constitution of his needs amending.

This is the same constitutional court that ruled that paying Serbs in Kosovo the double of the stipend of what Serbs in Serbia are payed is unconstitutional. Nobody in government gave a hoot about that decision back then, thus breaking that same constitution, again. The constitutional court, just like the constitution, is there only for show, just like Kostunica.

In any case, the EU might actually welcome Serbia voluntarily ruling itself out of membership by refusing to implement the agreements. And a period of "benign neglect" of Serbia by Europe might do everybody some good. As it is, outsiders' attempts to get Serbia to reform are just irritating the entire country. Left alone, people could very well decide to make the same changes on their own. Eventually. (500 years is nothing for Serbs to wait, according to the local posters.)

Funny how ppl would constantly rant that Kosovo/a would never have a chance to speak at the UN and it has on several occasions. The UN is giving each country equal time to express their points of view. A while back ppl swore that this would never happen and that Russia and china would never allow it to be. So why are both going to speak at the UN this coming week?

And a Serb rep is being treated equal to an Albanian rep in front of all the members. How can this be? OMG where are the ones that this could never happen? Speak up! Cat got your tongue?

As Tadiç said give them 20 years and then there could be a referendum, ten years have past and another ten to go. Both parties will stall for time and then will part ways just as Montenegro did peacefully this time. And no one politician to blame. The future story of the Balkans....
