Montenegrin president on relationship Serbia's Nikolić

Montenegrin President Filip Vujanović has said that his relationship with Serbian counterpart Tomislav Nikolić was "fair".

Addressing the issue of organized crime, Vujanović said that his country did not represent a safe harbor for criminals, and that it was "not good" that such appraisals were often said publicly.

The appraisals weren't meant to be "good" or "no good". You are the criminal that's being harbored by the criminals you installed, and as long as you are walking around free in Montenegro, your country is harboring criminals--exact same scenario with Thaci et al and Kosovo* .
