This assumes that these nations are culturally not mature enough for democracy thus a totalitarian regime and absence of individual human rights is a right price for them to pay in order to have some sort of social order.

This is insulting for every person and nation. Moreover for the Russians, which have reached the highest scientific and technological achievements.

Thus, the free world needs to deliver any help to these oppressed nations to get rid of these imbecile dictators.
