"why is the economy so bad, why we are the poorest, with the highest unemployment and inflation rates, why we are facing bankruptcy".
Two words. Incompetency and Corruption. Lets face it, successive Serbian governments have had ample time to turn the economy around, to fight corruption and to ease the bureaucratic burden we all face when dealing with government institutions. Instead these public servants (lets not forget that politicians work for us, the electorate) have been guilty of incompetence, time wasting bickering between themselves and pocket filling exercises worthy of Ponzi schemes. The current government talks the talk but can they walk the walk? Time will tell.

Adem, beg, plead, that America keeps sending funds to Pristina. What the hell are you talking about, dude? Do you think that Albanians could survive without foreign grants, in KiM? No matter how much drug money profits keep pouring into KiM and Albania, without foreign assistance, your Albanian game is finished. What was it you were complaining about?
