Your grandpas version of history hardly qualifies as history. True, Serbs have been in the Balkans since the 7th century. Albanians have been there much longer.
I challenge you and the rest of extremist Serbs to read 'Načertanije'. There you will read about the plan of designed by the Serbs to drive out the Albanians from what is today known as Serbia proper.
And, once you've read it you can't claim it was written by the evil West.
No, river, I do not have any kind of phobia concerning my neighbors in the Balkans. Just because I feel that KiM should be given away to the Albanians, hardly qualifies as a phobia. I do not think that Serbs in general have any grandiose delusions, or illusions as you put it, about who they are and their history. There is quite a lot of evidence that Serbs have been in the Balkans for quite a while, while some other ethnicities are questionable. Giving respect to neighbors in not a given, they have to earn it. I have seen little evidence of that. As for me typing away on my keyboard in some distant foreign land, you are incorrect again. I am alive and well living in Serbia - what about you, oh mighty Illyrian(?) warrior? BTW, is this site for ridiculing other ethnicities, or discussing topics?
