This is simply not true. There are 2 busses a day between Belgrade and Pristina. You only need to show a Serbian ID at the border/administrative crossing.

Notice how bright the future of Serbia was just a few months ago before the election. How if these people were to be elected it would become the land of milk and honey. NOW, reality. But guess what eventhough there is not food on the table, we are going to still push the biggest donors to Serbia away and we are going to continue to claim land that others live on, that we cannot visit without permission, cannot control, and almost half the world formally says is not ours and treats it that way.

While Croatia is prosperous right ;) ;) funny how you never reply to any of my direct statements at you. I guess you can pretend that you don't read them but you only know I am correct and that is why you choose not to engage.

The only one here that is living in a fantasy is you. Republika Srpska is VERY real. You are the one in need of extensive therapy to be able to realize that. But in due time brother I have faith.

Whether you do or not, Republika Srpska lives on until it becomes 100% integrated into the Republic of Serbia.

I laughed so hard I almost split my sides! Is this the best Dinkic can do?

Oh its great to have Dinkic back at the helm to control the finances of our country. He did such a great job last time, in creating the biggest financial mafia since the days of JUL and allowing the likes of monopolists like Miskovic to steal from the Serbian people more than they did under Sloba himself!

Suck it up guys, you won't die or anything. What he really meant 'yes you'll live worse, but I'm going to live a hell of a lot better...'

But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. Ben, try and make one statement without mentioning "Kosova", just try. I know you can do it. Kosova of the brain is a dangerous affliction, and there are 12 step programs now to help you. The article is about Serbian debt, and not anything to do with its Southern province. How about that nazi in Split blaming all of Croatia's woes on Serbs? Can you tie that into Kosova also? or maybe, Jeremic becoming the head of the UNGA? There must be a tie in to Kosova somewhere?

Zoran

Thank God the DS trash has been put in the garbage, where it belongs. I have been warning about this for years. They made a complete mess of the Serbian economy, controlled the media and lied to the public. Finger crossed that this new government will repair the mess.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was planned all along. To put us in the same situation as Greece and then they can easily manipulate us to agree to Western demands (i.e. become slaves). Why else would our debt triple with a DS led government?

Even though things aren't good, I am getting a sense of confidence in Serbia. Look, Russia is right there now to provide support. They will continue to invest and provide more favourable loans with less strings attached. The IMF on the other hand wants us to sell valuable state assets, which will plunge our economy even further into debt.

So lets just be polite, smile and nod at the West. However, in reality we need to turn our backs and take the necessary action to clean up this country. Looks like Russia is there to help now!

A man with a zest for power as if with a zest for life. Maybe an arrest warrant would be lifted if he were not appointed Minister of finance. He assumes he will fare well if he goes on exerting power as a minister and he will heal the recurrent economy illness ,so he assumes an air of inconceivable arrogance. But he is about to put another nail in the coffin of the Serbian economy and that will be another self-inflicted gunshot wound in the leg. He is good in rumor mongering and mud-slinging. Why do I write this?! We need never forget that he has been in power for TWELFE years, but pretends that he has been in opposition ever since. It is a deflection of responsibility and it is high time his frauds were exposed.

When have I ever said such a thing?

Please please back up what you have just so boldly claimed... if you can.

It is to my knowledge that some parts of the Former Yugoslavia are doing slightly better than Serbia economically and some parts are doing worse.

But I don't suppose that really counts for much considering the entire region lives off Western hand outs.

The headlines apply not just to Serbia but to most of Europe. We are living in very difficult times as the economies throughout the world vary from depression to stagnation with no end in sight. In fact some economic analysts believe that the west could be in for a decade of stagnation, but time will only tell.
The Serbian people have lived through worst times and will survive and Serbia is in a better position than the rest of the former Yugoslavian republics. At least Dinkic is being honest with his people unlike most western nations I could mention. However, if life will be difficult in Serbia I can only imagine what it will be like in the surrounding region as EU aid dwindles to barely a trickle – I’d hold onto my hats boys and girls because you have not seen anything yet.
For years I have read about the better life in Slovenia and Croatia; yes they had a better living standard with EU aid, but since the GFC of 2007 things have done downhill fast with Euro dollars from Brussels reducing to a point where life has become very hard in these models of success through democracy. I won’t mention Montenegro or Macedonia as the living conditions speak for themselves. However, Kosovo is going to set a new benchmark for poverty which will make some of the African countries look like paradise and there will be no help from the west as the EU has its hands full trying to stay alive and the US is making more dollars for its ponzy economy.

“ The minister said he learned this when he asked for an analysis in order to ascertain how the public debt could have gone from 45 to 56 percent of GDP in less than a year.”

Or this guy cannot articulate himself or I need one more coffee this morning…

If 1.2bn€ of debt was hidden and the debt has grown for more than 10% of the GDP then what is the Serbian GDP – 12bn€???

Also statements of the type “you will live worst but you will not die” are so provincial-populist heritage of Bolshevik SFRJ culture. In Balkans no one has ever died from hunger except if you are not some uber-Serbian idiot who think that in Kosova actually people die from lack of food.

The bad all over. That is why Ex-Yugoslavia is ripe for revolutions and major overhauls of how the region and its borders lie. But when Albanians and Lenard and Ian come here and act as if its bad in Serbia but some how great in the rest of the ex-YU space you start to see a severe case of insanity on there part.

It is bad all over and that's why this reality is not forever. The Serbian peoples only chance at survival is for a sort of renaissance and that includes all Serbs in the Balkans to unite (Serbia, RS and Montenegro) and for the inevitable liberation of Kosovo i Metohija. Only then can we start looking forward to peace, reconciliation and hopefully prosperity.

I notice he included himself in the previous government when it suits him "WE didn't increase VAT", the rest of the time its "THEY"
