Have you seen such a statement to "brutally honest" among two othe rnations? Never. This could be after a long-period in a position but not after a few weeks as the Serbian Deputy-PM is. It seems tat the Germans were very clear and the Serbians like ever were trying to play "We are best friends". States hav no friends-only interests. Its interesting that Germamy´s new ambassador to Belgrade is the former head of the department for Public law (internal state law) in the Foreign Office. It seems the ambassador should help to make the new drawings of the Serbian border etc.

One is sure, Mr Vucic tries to "slean up" the situation in his country. It is necessary to make a good relationship with a such powerful country as Germany. Serbia has nothing to hide, so the situation where "both sides were brutally honest" is a good situation.

or

Vučić gave as good as he got from the Germans.

Poor dears! I hope they didn't kick the cat in frustration when Vučić left.

He is right, but at the same time, Serbia has to tread carefully with Germans. They are showing unsettling, free-floating hostility and after all that has happened in Europe in the past 10-20 years, Germany is again in the position to forcefully dominate, and even order others around and hand out punishments for non-compliance, all tendencies which to Germans, with their recent history, should not be forgiven.

The only way to speak with them (and all other powerful people who are of a nationality which was fighting on the side of Hitler's Germany) is to also openly and honestly state this, and request them to pay attention to their behaviour lest it offend the victims of nazi regime in Serbia and abroad.
Because as it is, Germany's behaviour is insolent and remorseless.

Did Aleksandar Vučić bring up the topic that German Soldiers are afraid of a few dogs in the forest with brutal honesty ? Maybe Serbs living in Northern Kosovo should just dawn wolf masks to scare away German KFOR soldiers, this story with a link below from Germany made me smile...

Since you were both "brutally honest" what else is there to discuss?
