You have the internet, look it up and educate yourself. TTFN Lol!!

My dear Albanians

What do you think of your British friends now, see what they really think of you, thay are ridiculing your Moslem Prophet Mohamed. Do you still think they are the bees knees. British consulates and diplomats watch your backs.
(Champion for the underdog, 14 September 2012 23:56)

True, I ridicule Islam, the Prophet Muhammed and co. But then again I ridicule all religions. I think religion is a terrible thing. We'd be better off without it.

Oh yeah btw, I'm in Halifax today at Dews (Peugeot) at 1pm-ish. I should be there for some time.

it took 100 years for christians to not give a damn if somebody disrespected christians. And it will probably take 100 years for muslims to not give a damn if somebody provoke islam/muslims.

Oh poor champion for the u., you have no clue, do you? Let me remind you that the only place where foreign embassies got burned is Belgrade. 4 years ago. I would say, german diplomats beware when you go to Belgrade, Ivica might release his soccer hooligans. but no, he is not stupid like Kostunica.

@Champion for the underdog:

First of all why the heck do you call yourself the 'Champion of the underdog?' Who exactly is the underdog that you refer to? Also what do you mean by "bees knees?" Sorry but when you say "bees knees" I regard that as you saying something that is weird and confusing.

Andy UK: Whilst I would contend that nothing 'criminal' has been done here, to quote Khamenei, that is not the same thing as saying that the film maker did nothing wrong. It is one thing for a person to take offence at something that was not intended to be offensive it is another to deliberately set out to offend others. Irrespective of freedom of speech, however one defines this, there are clearly consequences to one's actions. If I walk up to a man who is 2 metres tall (I'm 1.83) and tell him he is a faggot I am exercising my right to free speech. However, I ought to be aware before opening my mouth that he is likely to thump me. Somewhere along the line people have to take responsibility for their actions whether those actions are lawful or otherwise. There is no justification for the violence that has followed the release of this film but anyone who didn't see the reaction coming has been living in a cave, and I don't mean in the Tora Bora.

If Islam is the religion of love, then Adolph was its master of ceremonies. To me, Islam is the religion of intolerance. It is proven week after week. Why is it that no one can ridicule their faith? What are they afraid of? Sounds more like fascism to me. I am so happy I was not born a muslim, and have to be burdened with a life like that. I am happy to be free, and chose what I want to believe. Plus, I like to see women's faces, and I do not go sexually crazy if I see their hair, arms, legs, or even asses.

@Bob:

I think my comments are somewhat relevant to you comments so here goes:

A few years back I was inside a coffee shop and seated at another table across from mine was this fellow who had Southeast Asian features or might be a dark brown Middle Easterner and gives me the impression that he could be a Muslim so the moment I made eye contact he had a hostile or unfriendly look on his face (perhaps he didn't mean or didn't realize it) so what occurred was as I walked over to the garbage box to dispose of my coffee cup and was preparing to exit the shop and assuming he deliberately gave me unpleasant looks and that he's Muslim I asked him out of annoyance "What?!Muslim!" and instantly exited the coffee shop.Thankfully he didn't react violently or in a volatile manner like someone might expect him to and I didn't "get in his face."

However in a way the only reaction I got from my older sister when I confessed this incident to her was "What are you (or why are you) a self hating Muslim?" I'm not a self hating Muslim as far as I'm concerned and the reaction I got from my younger sister was a disapproving look on her face and asking me something like "How can you be so rude?!","you're proud?!" the minute I had an amused look on my face. Finally I think you and others should note that it's more common for me to converse with Muslims who are decent and who I can connect with but for Muslims who I don't relate to and or easily get on my nerves that I steer clear of them.

Yeh they are a bunch of ridiculous nutters. But then again so is that Jesus bloke and his fans.
(Ian, UK, 14 September 2012 15:48)

However post-Constantine Rome and its inheritors perverted his legacy, all Jesus ever said, was there is no law beyond love and no evil greater than the accumulation of wealth and political power. He didn't order assassinations, fornicate with nine-year-olds (Aisha), or conducted genocides (Banu Qurayza and so on.) I could go on, but it will get censured anyway.

These muslims behave like children.

The are implicated in murder and criminal damage.

They must be punished for this.

They will take the freedom they are given, but not give the freedom back.

This kind of muslim reaction brings dishonour on their so-called 'prophet'.

Their 'prophet' was just a man with a theory - no different from any other inventor of ideas.

Spot on Ian. All religions are very, very silly.

We all laugh at scientologists and other wacky cults, but they are no more stupid than any of the other long established religions.

From what I can see, the top 5 reasons for being religious are:

1. Fear - you're told from birth that thinking anything else will put you in hell. In some places it wll end in imprisonment, torture etc. if you question your all loving god.
2. Desparately hoping that there is an afterlife and "join up" to boost the chances of having one.
3. You want life to mean something more than the day to day, so you invest your time in thinking it's all some great spiritual plan.
4. It helps supress some previous bad experiences and run away from them.
5. You can feel superior and manipulate people.

The most notable punishment someone in their right mind (though it's a matter of conjecture)can expect for this filmmaker is for moviegoers to boycott his film and/or ban the distribution of his film in more than one foreign box office.But then again what are the chances that this filmmaker can end up with a significant loss of viewership if anyone knows what I'm talking about.

Why? Don't think the filmaker has done anything wrong. You can't punish someone for making a film you don't like (Keanu Reeves would be under lock and key if you could).

If you look at the body count of "infidels" killed in the name of Islam then it should be open to questioning.

Stick to opression and religious tyranny in the middle east and let the rest of the world live in the 21st century.

I watched the trailer on YouTube.It's a crappy awful film and I can't imagine anyone could take it seriously and be upset.There is no doubt the film was designed to piss off and insult but it was Muslims who have given it credence by kicking off their protests.But then again some people spend their time just waiting for the opportunity to be insulted and air their grievances(and there are many against the US) through violence.

So much for the Libyan uprising against Gaddafi orchestrated by the US,UK,France and Al Qaeda.
