There's only one side which has planes and heavy artillery to 'bomb civilians and civilian infrastructure' in Syria, and this side is more Russian-backed.

The bloodshed if from NATO country backed mercenaries who are kidnapping and killing civilians and bombing the civilian infrastructure - most of them are non-Syrians, and it includes some of those who fought in Libya.

"We need to increase pressure on the regime of Bashar al-Assad to end the bloodshed and start a political, democratic transition," said U.S. officials, a day after Russia rejected her country's calls for UN sanctions if Syria's president does not stop the fighting and step down.

Indeed.More sanctions will help bringing the same democratic transition in Syria like the one brought in Iraq where more than 500000 children died as a result of those sanctions. When Clinton was asked "500,000 Iraqi children dead because of sanctions, is this worth it?" Her reply "Yeah, it’s worth it".

The country was annihilated because of the sanctions, had no capability whatsoever. Now that the 'reconstruction' is underway there are daily executions, corruption and lies.Hence they have no problem with Maliki’s human right abuses. This will be all be viewed as part of the transitional process. (By politicians and the media, spammed at us by the likes of Fox news and the BBC).

Iraq will soon become three countries, while Libya will become two hostile countries. You have achieved your imperial dreams in those two countries. Now you want to split Syria into three or more parts. Not in the name of the US citizens Hilary, you war bent nutter.
