Serbs request damages from U.S. company for Operation Storm
A Chicago court has accepted Serb organizations’ lawsuit against U.S. company Military Professional Resources Inc (MPRI) for involvement in the Operation Storm.
Once again un-educated peasants from TZV. Krajina are trying to scab a few dollars from the yanks. What.....all the looting and cultural items stolen from Croatian homes wasn't enough. You wont get a cent from MPRI. Balkanites don't sue U.S companies, its like asking a Jew to a face a war crimes trial. Croats, Bosnians & Kosovars should sue the sick Serb army for mass destruction, torture and rape. Those same Krajina Serbs should be tried by a Zagreb court for treason for taking up arms against its own government. Any citizen that takes up arms against the country they live in should be punished severly. Seriously why can't you Serbs just go back to Serbia where you belong. How many times do we have to tell you people we don't want you in Croatia nor do we want to give you any rights because you don't deserve to be treated like a human being.
I wonder if MPRI's records will be subpoenaed. If they can get the records for the Balkans/Croatia for up to a year before Operation Storm, I think a lot of interesting and damning evidence would come to light.
Speaking as a descendant of Krajina Serbs whose relatives were for the most part exterminated by the Ustace during WWII. This is not what I read about but what my relatives found out when they went back to my grandparent's village in Lika during the 1970's.
Operation Storm was obviously planned long in advance as the final death knell of Croatian/Krajina Serbs.
I SALUTE those who have perservered in their quest for justice for Serbs in Croatia. The 1940-1995 history of this region has far too long been a best kept secret. By keeping it in the courts, even if Serbs lose in court, it still keeps it in the NEWS.
Fair trial in Chicago? I doubt it,many serb hating former and present ustasha {scum}living in and around that great city.Plus a whole lot of vatican influence in a mostly roman catholic town.Good luck,you will need it!

thats the part where the cleansing comes into play. one region was permanently cleansed, where as the other region was temorarily cleansed. i tend to imagine that most civilians leave warzones as soon as they possibly can. sometimes at great regret there are those that couldn't escape in time.
certainly vukovar witnessed terrible events, was bombarded very much, but the deaths are collateral damage, and the structures are were dtrategicly destroyed; much like natos bombing campaign stratgically destroyed hospitals, bridges, embassies in serbia. those are the tragedies of war.
not to down play any of the events in vukovar, but its hard to compare the two with a straight face, and think that the damage caused on one cityh compares to the damage caused in one region. both volumetrically with respect to numbers of people and policy wise with respect to returnees.
All of Dalmatia should really and would have been Italy today if it wasnt for the Serbs backing up the Croats when push came to shove and Italy was ready to retake possession.The Serbs really got fooled by the intelellectual Croats who were the ones pushing for a union of southern Slavs in order for the Croats to have friends in its quest to throw off Austro-Hungarian and Italian domination.No Italian I know ever had one nice word to say about Croats on a personal level.As far as mercenaries are concerned they are the lowest of the low regardless if they are American or Martian because they kill for profit and not for country or duty.
