"I hope Dačić is asking why countries that recognized Kosovo* are refusing to return refugees of albanian ethnic cleansing back to Kosovo* and how do they square that with respect for fundamental human rights and the right of return for refugees in the rest of the former SFRY. "
(EU Dude, 5 September 2012, 11:57)

In fact, most EU countries that recognized Kosovo (and pretend that it is a normal state with basic standards) did so to be able to return the the 10,000s of (Albanian) refugees caused by Serbian ethnic cleansing to Kosovo. And they usually send back other refugees (mostly Roma) as well. It's the human right groups that oppose these deportations, because they know better about what non-Albanians can expect in Kosovo and don't have to lie about and keep the illusion that Kosovo is a 'multi ethnic state' with safe conditions for everyone.

"The future talks must not be led with the intention of ending them with the recognition of Kosovo's independence, but with finding a model to protect Serbia's national and state interests and at the same time help it continue its European path," Dačić concluded.

Blahblahblah. Waat a nonsense

It's funny how 'Brussels' doesn't think the ECHR applies to Kosovo*, but then that shows how it is a political game rather than a club based on Rule of Law (TM). Apparently some parts are optional.
