Serb National Council of Northern Kosovo President Milan Ivanović says Priština’s decision to ban Serbian driver’s licenses is unacceptable for Kosovo Serbs.
Alanians might think that kosovo belongs to them.
But they forget that the serbs living there do not.
So you albanians hands off and leave all non albanians alone.

2. This statement implies that Albanians in Kosova aren't living in the territory of Serbia.
The ban makes perfect sense to me. Pristina doesn't think it is in Europe. It really isn't. Unfortunately, the terror against non-albanians continues with the full support of the west.
