Montenegrin police have arrested two Albanian citizens and seized 26 kilograms of super-strong cannabis “skunk” at the Božaj border crossing.

Where is all this skunk coming from? It is so easy to grow, you would have to be obsessively criminal to move it across borders. If they can prove it was grown inside Albania or somewhere in Europe, they should be given leniency. Part of the motive in prosecuting distributors so harshly is to create leverage for further investigation. If the investigation can stop at some source inside of Europe, then that's the end of the problem.

Any bad news that is related to Albanians is headline in b92. I do not read Albanian news anymore for anything bad they do around the word. Thank you b92 and all Serbian media.

They were just headed for a wedding in CG, and the skunk was a wedding gift to get the young couple started in business. These border cops can be so inhuman at times. The two Albanians have certainly had their human rights violated, and this matter should be brought up to the proper international authorities. This is not good neighborly relations.
