As Russia and China continue to rise and the EU/US continue to decline, new opportunities will be presented.
(Zoran, 31 August 2012 16:32)

You mean begging opportunities for Serbia ?

If you really believe what you post, I certainly hope you do not attempt to cross the road without help.
I did find it amusing that you state that you are not limited to begging from the west but you can equally beg for charity from Russia and China. The only thing is they only give with the expectation of a huge return on their investment as seen with the "help" they have given Serbia thusfar.

Maybe you should ask them, because eventhough they are on the bottom of the EU in numbers they are still leaps and bounds ahead of Serbia just look at your GDP lists.
And you think Serbia has a chance without money from the west????No matter what the economic situation of the EU Serbia will always be in worse shape.
(a New Day, 31 August 2012 14:49)

Funny when talking about economy and all that you forget to mention the living standards and economy of the Kosovo Albanians. Or were you possibly including Kosovo i Metohija when you talked about the economy of Serbia? If so, forgive me.

The great irony is Kosovo Albanian society is not comparable to any European society but more closely to Somalia or somewhere messed up like that.

We survive off the West? Well no its just the gov't for many years never wanted to look anywhere else in the world. We can get the same amount of loans at a much cheaper price from Russia & China.

The Albanians of temporarily occupied Kosovo i Metohija survive hand to mouth off Western generosity otherwise there would be famine and the situation would deteriorate even further in the holy Christian occupied province.

LOL some 'independence'. The Albanians...masters of meaningless buzzwords.

Ari-gold, I told u so! Serbia, just simply has NO SAY in the internal affairs of Kosova, which also consists of the northern portion of Kosova, period! Serbia, will only get what Kosova agreed to give to it back in 2/17/2008, nothing more, nothing less! Ari, I know it will be a little hard to swallow, but it is exactly your type of nationalistic personalitys that helped bake this sweet cake! So now u can enjoy!
(Rocky, 31 August 2012 14:30)

LOL! You Albanians are some of the most insecure people on this planet. Another toothless tiger acting as if his impoverished people have any say of what goes on in Kosovo i Metohija. You are a joke.

Point blank, when you are DEPENDENT on someone else carrying out decisions for you then you are not sovereign. You depend on the West but the West is going home soon and pretty soon you wont have anyone to depend on ;)

So what 'kosova' agrees is of no relevance to anyone in the world. You simply throw words around such as independent, but you do not know the meaning of that word.

The partisan bickering is a positive as it facilitates the pretense of negotiation with the KLA while allowing the negotiators to footdrag, stonewall, and otherwise passive/aggressively sabotage the process. Abandoning negotiations outright is not politically viable as it effectively, and very publicly, terminates EU membership prospects, so the pretence of negotiation is necessary. Politicizing the negotiations is one of the surest ways of sabotaging them.

Either take Kossovo back or give it up. This nonsense has been going on for years, people are tired of this.

Patience, it's all about timing. Nedic had to co-operate with occupying NAZIs and this government will have to co-operate with the occupying NATO/Germany. As Russia and China continue to rise and the EU/US continue to decline, new opportunities will be presented.

So that's the official unofficial official conditions that are in no way new since Germany demanded it a few months back. Who is lying now? Brussels or Belgrade?

Greater Germany demands Serbia accepts permanent ethnic cleansing in Kosovo*. The UK, France and others agree with such crimes against humanity. WTF is Serbia trying to join?

I thought there wasn't going to be any new conditions? At least that's what was said a couple months ago.Said it before, it's a stick and carrot routine.

There aren't any new conditions. It is just that all the conditions have not been revealed to the public. Now Stefanovic is just saying what he should have said when he was chief negotiator. Pretty limp if you ask me, just like the other DS clowns.

In the end, they are not really conditions but rather ultimatums. The EU has become a dictatorship and it is sinking like the NAZI Europe we saw a few decades ago.

We will see if Nikolic has any backbone or just same old, same old. Either Serbia accepts the EU demands or says NO and takes care of its own property! Either take Kossovo back or give it up. This nonsense has been going on for years, people are tired of this.

Good, lol. F*** the EU. Its a socialist style bloated organization and it is losing its appeal in the Balkans. Also, Euro-skepticism is growing in the EU itself. Why jump on a sinking titanic anyway? And even if we do end up joining, should we look to Romania and Bulgaria as examples of what we should expect upon membership? No thanks bro.
