There's one flaw with the Ahtesaari Plan. The Albanians are implementing it only in name. Their only interest in it is a Potemkin Plan. They pretend to implement it, Brussels pretends it is so, both claim Losovo* is an economically successful & multiple-ethnic state and declare it a great success, despite sanctioning permenant ethnic cleansing of non-Albanians and a reign of silent terror against the few who remain, shut up about human rights and they might be safe. The other points are valid vis-a-vis the economies.

This is interesting. Serbia get lecture from Slovenia.
Serbia every day, smaller and smaller vilayet.
Even little Slovenia more important than vilayet.

If you are smart...Than you should wake up and stop dreaming, as Serbia will never be build again by Kosovo's resources.Serbia has managed to build Beograd with Trepca's money, but that song has been finished long time ago, I suggest for Mr Dacic to get some anti-allergy medication as he will get some more allergic reactions if he meets any more european representatives.

Why should Dacic listen...he should realize that borders within EU are absolved. Thus, should focus on getting the most it can for the Serbs within Kosovo from decentralization of Kosovo administration as prescribed in Artihsari Plan. There are three reasons for accepting this. First, in an eventual EU membership Serbia will have its insiders within Kosovo Gov't as they will play a pivotal role in economic and trade regional game. Second, since Serbia's economy is a giant in contrast to Kosovo's, the impact it will have in everyday life of ordinary Kosovars is pivotal. Hence, securing a great effect in Kosovo's asset management. Serbia will get back its cultural heritage claim on Kosovo, expand and imply its interests in Kosovo, impose a crucial role in natural resource rich Kosovo and lastly, the Serbs in Kosovo will have a strong arm to lean on. Third, Serbia will achieve all this without being directly responsible for investing to uplift an "economic black hole" such as Kosovo. The balance of earnings without expenditures would surpass any other economic model Serbia could seek in relation to kosovo's status. Basically, an open bordered Kosovo with its bare fruits ripe for picking.

Vilayet Adam's comments have a lot in common with rubberbands. Both are stretched to the extremes of credibility.

well, he will have to listen to what not just the EU says, and he will hear a lot of things he won't like. I guess he doesn't like to look in a mirror and see his face either .....

I think you are (pamentjakovic), completely wrong on your approach.
Do you know in northern Kosovo u can bay diesel for 0,82 cents
Do you know in northern Kosovo u can do biggest money laundering with 10%
Do you know in northern Kosovo u can porches any caliber of gun in coffe shop
Do you know this people have no ideal what tax means.
what i am trying to explain here the GETO needs strong Authority but it can not be done from Belgrade because every politician or party in Government invests on the crime ...If Serbia wants really to help then they must do something about this people but thay can not as thay are deep involved within the crime.
Now the question is how to resolve the problem , whatever is say will be wrong , (as we have pametnjakovic like your self )let see whatever Mather nature and time will do
