"Belgrade is ready to make progress"

Perfect, this decision by Serbia should have happened several years ago. Now both countries have a real chance at making some real progress. They will be able to sit down together and try and find ways that will benefit both, Kosova and Serbia. It will be a jubilant time when, the international community gets to witness firsthand both, the flag & state symbols of both republics & Thier representatives sitting in the same room! Iam sure now, with this positive first step Serbia is taking & promising to also implement the other agrrements that have been ageed to, tensions between both countries will ease dramatically! We both, Albanians & serbs have a lot of work ahead of us, but when we are able to first find a way of cooperating with each other, then the other issues will be a lot easier to tackle! I think that Serbia has finally seen that Kosova can never be a Part of Serbia again. I also think that Serbia has realized that just because Kosova is a independent country there should be no reason why it cannot cooperate with this new reality, that is the republic of Kosova. I have been saying from the get go, Serbia for the sake of its people must look to a brighter future. One where she is not isolating herself, one where she is not threatening her neighbor,s with aggressive military campaines, one where she is not holding back the progress of an entire region. Hopefully the serbian mentality of the, 1980s-1990s has finally been decimated forever, only time will tell?
