Office for Kosovo head visits north of province

Serbian government’s Office for Kosovo Director Aleksandar Vulin began a visit to northern Kosovo on Monday by going to the municipality of Leposavić.

Apparently you missed the B92 article the other day when it said the procedure for him to visit went like this. He submits his "request" to UNMIK who forwards it to EULEX who delivers it to Prisitina, they say yes or no, and hands it back to EULEX which hands it to UNMIK and delivers the answer to Belgrade.
So according to that I would say the Pristina authorities approves of his visit. Funny you make such a statement less than a week after he was denied a visit.
Nothing in the article to lead one to believe he did not follow protocol. For obvious reasons it is usually left out the process Serbian officials go through to visit Kosovo.

Oh wait, nvm..because it doesn't matter. The institutions in Pristina have as much of a say over the future of Kosovo i Metohija as do the institutions in Gambia....

Does this Roma carry munitions or weapons ?? I don't think... so he can freely visit his mini-museum in "Pristina"

Oh wait, nvm..because it doesn't matter. The institutions in Pristina have as much of a say over the future of Kosovo i Metohija as do the institutions in Gambia....
