“Serbia will get additional financial aid from Russia"

I thank Russia, as do all Serbs for the Loans, and for the Financial Aid they are providing to Serbia.

I think that Serbia should try to build as much infrastructure using Volunteers, and some of the Military who are already receiving wages.

Oh, where is it smart time when Tito sold harvesters (our production) to Egypt .Why Egypt need harvesters? I have no idea but it was sold and the country earned, whether Tito loved very much all the states with whom he has collaborated, no way, , it is important for the country to keep step with the time .Does Russians like us, who is a concern, it is important to have the country in which we place our products!

It would be nice if we got some grants though. Like, a grant explicitly for metro construction in belgrade, or these flat out cash grants heh. But anyways, russian loans are better than western loans because they do not come with conditionalities/strings attached.

I heard that Chavez down in Venezuela gives cash for free to countries in need. :D

Just be smart, take the money to them but then do something smart, like. pursue agriculture, factories start again ... if the money end up in private accounts!!

Wow, a loan with no conditions attached? Who would believe that?

Russia is a country that needs a lot of food, we are a country that started when their agriculture that can provide food, I was saying that we are selling the product and not to sell the land to the Russians that they planted and harvested on it, as it is so far been the case thanks to the team "experts" of the former regime of power!
