I spent alot of time in Novi Becej and the first thing I said was I would never let kids ride there bikes here or any where in Serbia. I think the concept of safety is 100 years behind in Serbia vs the US and Canada.
Seems like some psycho has something against cyclists. If that is the case, life without parole would be a suitable penalty. If he/she was inebriated, and committed these crimes, the same penalty. Serbia is getting crazier by the day.
