If your lot goes one against the other, you have your KPS to look into that so again you are looked after. Tell me, who investigates crimes against the Serbs? Tell me who has ever been caught and punished for any violence against the Serbs.
(Peggy, 19 August 2012 23:05)

Peggy, since you speak in terms of lots (by the way in a negative meaning), we would also need the batch numbers. We can't do sheet without the batch numbers. Cheers.

Don't know, I'm wondering about that for myself, but as far as I know, Nicolic only accused DS of election fraud, and they are not in power. And I don't consider random claims by (then) opposition parties about election fraud (like in Serbia) as credible as the ones coming from many different international independent observers (like in Kosovo).
(Comm. Parrisson, 19 August 2012 10:29)
Then you must be reassured as the international independent observers were content with the repeat votes taken and certified the elections as fair. I find it amusing that you dismiss election fraud claims by your own PRESIDENT. Especially considering that his claims was probably enought to tip the scales in his favor in the runoff.

Nikolic attacked DS because Tadic was his opponent in the presidential elections, not Dacic, whose votes he needed to win the 2nd round. Eventually, he did. Strangely, Nikolic's SNS was backing down when it came to build up the government in a way which is most uncommon. We had the news where some SNS members were complaining about that. And SPS amount of "votes" during the elections was....how can I say....most surprising. It was tremendous and did not reflect previous polls. Coincidence? Maybe, but somehow it tastes very fishy. Regarding Thaci, I don't need observers to know that there was also vote rigging which was carried out in the PDK stronghold districts.

Eagle,
Not withstanding that you're an expert in Latin American history, with your American education but... (get ready to laugh)
Cuba gained formal independence from the U.S. on May 20, 1902, as the Republic of Cuba. Under Cuba's new constitution, the U.S. retained the right to intervene in Cuban affairs and to supervise its finances and foreign relations.
So yes us troops were laughably on and in control of Cuba.

eagle, what about Nicaragua? Remember that little episode with Noriega? From Wikipedia:
Manuel Antonio Noriega Moreno[2] (Spanish pronunciation: [maˈnwel noˈɾjeɣa]; born February 11, 1934) is a former Panamanian politician and soldier. He was military governor of Panama from 1983 to 1989.[3] In the 1989 invasion of Panama by the United States he was removed from power, captured, detained as a prisoner of war, and flown to the United States. Noriega was tried on eight counts of drug trafficking, racketeering, and money laundering in April 1992. As long as Serbs isolate themselves from the rest of society rather than join the KPS and direct the investigations themselves you only have yourselves to blame. I feels sorry about the victims but finding the culprits is your responsability just as much as that of the other ethnicities. If you want to stay on the sidelines and do politics rather then join the search, you only got yourself to blame. If you see your presence in these institutions as recognition of Kosova rather than taking charge of your interests, than frankly the problem lies with you more than with others.

Well, Benny, the KiM population actually represents a small percentage of the overall population of serbia, of which KiM is a province. So how can you call the reps in KiM legitimate? I never voted for any of them, or anyone that I know. You can't just hold an election within a province, and not include the rest of the country. Besides, I have heard that even that so-called free election in KiM, was rigged. Western monitors said is was full discrepancies, ballot stuffing, dead people voting, and so on. So you think you have even the remotest possibility of removing Eulex and Kfor from control in Kosovo??. To change the makeup of either the international civilian or the international security presence(per UNSC 1244) would take a consensus of the UNSC, they have put both Eulex as successor to UNMIK and Kfor (original security presence) in place, it will take agreement of all 5 veto holders and majority of the other 10 in agreement to change that makeup. Russia cannot do it alone, nor can Russia and China do it. 3 of the 5 are the backers of both EULEX and Kfor. You may get a discussion, you may get a debate, but you will never get an agreement.

well these legitimate reps represent 97% of the population of Kosova. At least have a decency to acknowledge that they are legitimate reps of Kosova, including

- Serbs that are part of those authorities with 2 ministers and 1 deputy prime minister,

- of Turks who have their reps in the parliament,

- of Montenegrins that have their reps in parliament,

- Romas and so one.

The only on that do not participate on these legitimate institutions are those 20-30,000 Serbs in north kosova who are about less than 3% of the Kosova's population.

The international overseers in KiM, mainly Eulex and KFOR, that are supposed in a status neutral fashion, are nothing but an extension of the Pristina authorities. There is no secret they want KiM an independent Albanian State, and do every thing they can to make it so. They go as far as never bringing any Albanian that has committed a crime, even murder, to justice, as that would put a bad light on their efforts. It is despicable what the EU/US are doing in KiM, and must change. The UN must be brought in the fold again in a much larger authority. Beating up, or worse, murdering people, that want to return to their ancestral homes, all under the watchful eyes of Eulex and KFOR, must stop. They are nothing more then accomplices in these crimes.

Kosovo state or not, but free to express your thoughts and concerns, your allowed.

I doubt some Albanian legitimate representatives be allowed to say the same in Serbia about Albanians being killed. Last year in a small town in North Kosovo a policeman was killed.

Get real muppet.

well these legitimate reps represent 97% of the population of Kosova. At least have a decency to acknowledge that they are legitimate reps of Kosova . . . Benjamin
You consider that valid, Benny?

When did the U.S. and GB ever have troops in Cuba? Exactly what period of time? If you ever said that around U.S. or Latin American countries they would laugh at your history knowledge.

It's a bit strage to call a government consisting of people who came into power only by severe manipulations, vote rigging and election faking 'legitimate' (like Mr. 'I'm elected by 115% of the voters' Thaci) . But okay, some consider Assad in Syria 'legitimate', too.

eagle, what about Nicaragua?
Please stop trying to act smart here, there are some people that know history, and can verify your made up crap.

Eagle,
Not withstanding that you're an expert in Latin American history, with your American education but...

Don't worry Brum, you have EULEX looking after you for that.
The reason he only stated violence against Serbs is because the violence is only against the Serbs there perpetrated by your lot and you know it.
If your lot goes one against the other, you have your KPS to look into that so again you are looked after. Tell me, who investigates crimes against the Serbs? Tell me who has ever been caught and punished for any violence against the Serbs.

Then you must be reassured as the international independent observers were content with the repeat votes taken and certified the elections as fair. I find it amusing that you dismiss election fraud claims by your own PRESIDENT. Especially considering that his claims was probably enought to tip the scales in his favor in the runoff.
