I can recall many Serbian justice ministers taking office, but I never witnessed anyone assuming his tasks and being so transparent. This guy seems promising - that's for sure

I agree with you on the transparency. Judging from the article, the plan is:

"..and stressed that the Serbian judiciary would "finally be reformed when younger generations of judges, prosecutors and lawyers enter the courtroom, in 10, 15 years."

In other words, wait until the current ones die. In yet other words, leave it to nature to fix things up...

Long ago I was been in Serbia, but I think that a young, promising, determined, educated minister can make a miracle just to let him work and do not confuse his work, must first await the results.

I have said on numerous occasion, that only when the current political mafia, that has had a strangle hold on Serbia for 20 years now, leaves because of old age, although Kirkobabic is ruining my theory, will Serbia be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. As long as we have the same old tired faces in government, that do nothing but call opposition parties names, and criticize their governing, Serbia is dead in the water. The only ones that have profited and enjoy a good life are the politicians, and their business and political friends. As for the citizens, throw them a bone and make promises during election time.

Thanks Minister`s promised to be returned to Mary's Law to the Parliament, and this is confirmed here. The law creating the registry rapists and pedophiles should be adopted.

Experts in Serbia for the youngest minister shows no confidence, but these are Serbs. Do not be fooled, there must be someone known to the public and to be firm in solving problems. Corruption and crime can be charged only those who have soiled hands, and that is Nikola Selakovic.
