This just goes to show that talking gets nothing resolved. Funny that countries such as Britain want Serbia to resolve the problems in Kosovo through dialogue, which of course, won't achieve any real result.

Just as if Britain wants to get their hands on Assange right now, Serbia needs to take more physical action in regard to Kosovo. Of course, the implications for Serbia are much more severe, but these talks are just pointless none-the-less.

Ridiculous, you've managed to take this news article and have a rant about Kosovo even though it has absolutely nothing to do with Kosovo.

Accusations against this man are completely false and fabricated. Basically, all this Sweden business has been invented in order to facilitate his extradition to the US where he will disappear into Guantanamo to be tortured and rot for the rest of his life, like that other guy who supplied the evidence of America's machiavellian schemes and shameless (but secret) diplomatic communication.

In the "free" world, this is the price one must pay for exposing governmental crime.

I don't believe Sweden has charged Assage with anything much less rape. If you look into the allegations against him it is from 2 women who had consenual sex with him and later complained (after he embarrasses the USA with likealeaks)that he did not use a condom in one case and in the other the condom split. The Swedish want to question him about what amounts to a minor fine if convicted, they were offered the opportunity to question him at the Embassy-why didn't they? If they charged him he could just plead guilty (whether guilty or not)- pay the fine end of story. So it leaves the question of why Hague (the vague) threatens Equador with raiding their Embassy to get him out breaking all precidence. I'll leave you to work it out.

I remember several years ago when Westminster was supportive over Morgan Tsvangirai taking sanctuary in the Netherlands's embassy in Zimbabwe. But now we're getting in a massive bitch fit as it is happening to us.

All of this is happening because Washington D.C. is twisting the UK's and Swenden's arms until we do what they want. Isn't it convenient that the US is all silent on such a matter, pretending not care; even though they've orchestrated the entire situation.

The worst thing is if we go ahead and violate the Vienna Convention by illegally entering the Ecuadorian Embassy, it will mean that no British Diplomat or British Diplomatic mission in the world will be safe because if we refuse to respect and honour foreign diplomatic mission in the UK then why should any other state honour and respect our diplomatic missions?

Sweden is democracy? Hahaha. Saab is producing weapons and they sell it to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and many other pro-American dictatorships. Saab helps fuel wars and conflicts, contribute to human rights violations, to poverty and underdevelopment, Saab strengthens dictatorships.
And if you ask yourself why Sweden send soldiers to Afghanistan, here is the answer.
Over half of Sweden’s government ministers have shares in investment funds that put money into Sweden-based oil giant Lundin Petroleum. 13 of Sweden’s 24 ministers own shares in funds that finance Lundin Petroleum. Among those involved are prime minister Fredrick Reinfeldt, foreign minister Carl Bildt and EU minister Birgitta Ohlsson. Lundin Petroleum has come under fire on several occasions, notably after they allegedly broke international law with crimes against humanity in South Sudan between 1997 and 2003. Some blogs say that Carl Bildt was sitting in board of Lundin Petroleum in that time. We can conclude now why Sweden setup raping to Julian Assange and why they want to deport him to America: Carld Bildt is profiting from oil companies and Wikileaks damaged wars for oil.
And it is not only about politicians, who would bankrupt if Lundin bankrupt, population of Sweden participate in financing of Lundin too. Swedish savings, investment and pension funds hold Lundin shares, private Swedish pension invest in Lundin.

Sweden is democratic country. Go and face a trial. If you haven't done anything wrong you will be free.

I don't know on what basis Ecuador has come to conclusion that the suspect will not have fair trial. I'm curious to see how Ecuador justifies this.

Once again it is about what people will think in 100 years. In the future Julian will be an intetrnational heroe-a man who used the cyber world to expose the truth . Good luck Mr Assange-I hope you find SANCTUARY..you deserve it.

Some democracy by the no so Great Britanistan. The Geneva conventions thrown in the dustbin as they were ordered by their masters in Washington DC.Even the worst dictatorships would've respected the sovereignty of embassy grounds. The British judicial process was all along a ploy to get Assange to United States at any cost, to be tried on espionage charges and make an example of him by sending him to Guatanamo Bay.

All my admiration goes to Equador, a tiny country that resisted bullying, and had the courage to give Assange asylum.

I am not in support of Assage's extradition to US,but if he has raped those women?
Suedia is a neutral country and has a rule of law.Eeveryone knows that in this country he will have a fair trial.
It means that if he has raped those women he shouldn't pay for his crime.
Is it right?I dont think so.
As for Equador,I am waiting to see if they were right or not.
If he was a raper he will do it again.
Hope Equador will punish him if he does it again.
P.S.It is the biggist irony that tyrants and left dictators, now are being on the side of free speech.
Just for this reason I dont want UK to invade in Equadorian embassy.Assage will stay there in a room for years and is better that arresting him.
