The biggest Bank in Japan, Bank Nomura has issued 11pages of study that evaluates the likelihood that Britain will leave the European Union, probably because Britain thinks that the EU has too much Debt.

We know that Iceland became an Official Candidate in July of 2009, while it had Unpayable Debts, and that it Defaulted in a Referendum of April 2011, and Iceland did not lose its EU Candidate Status, and retains it to this day, and Serbia should consider following that example.

This modified comment says that It looks like Serbia may have to Regrettably Default from all IMF and World Bank Loans.

Serbia wants to join the European Union, and one Requirement is that a Country should not have too much Debt.

The EU is withholding the SAA Agreement, and we have heard that Serbia will not receive will a date for the beginning of the EU accession talks by the end of the year, and this is all because Serbia has not Defaulted on all IMF and World Bank Loans.

Serbia must stop being the Bankers Puppet, and show that they are Committed to joining the EU, and Serbia must come to grips with its unpayable Debts, and we saw with Iceland that the recovery process is fast.

Serbia will only join the European Union on the Unchangeable Condition that Kosovo is Fully Reintegrated back to Serbia, based on the UN 6 Point Plan for Kosovo, and soon many EU Countries that will change their minds, because they now realize that the Kosovo Albanians want to join the EU.
