These are the first arrests after former Serbian President Boris Tadic lost the election in May this year. It was going to continue with the arrests. Lack of money in the budget of Serbia, stems from the misguided policies demorkatskom party on the whole. Finally in Serbia, the new government (Aleksandar Vucic and Ivica Dacic) render the necessary measures for the recovery of Serbia. The media write that Milosevic associate Ivica, that's true, but here is the word on the recovery of Serbia, which is only possible if you make some big cuts, and people tend to corrupt public functions .... these two men are willing to make Serbia a better country and a reputation back in the world by working on the detection of criminals.

Does anyone ask why the Serbian government has to accept the debts of this bank? The bank should simply be liquidated and debts paid out of any money left in the bank. There is probably no money left in the bank.

I bet that these debts are mainly to western-owned banks. To hell with them. In free market capitalism banks take risks and sometimes have to take losses.

Of course I know that the same western banking mafia that is currently raping Greece, Ireland, and Spain wont want Serbia to walk away from a debt that was created to foreigners for the benefit of foreigners. But that is exactly what Serbia should do.

The Banksters first tried this trick on Iceland in 2008. The corrupt Icelandic government agreed to pay the debts of bankrupt Icelandic banks, but the people of Iceland (real Vikings) said no. They held a referendum and voted to tell the Banksters to go to hell.

Iceland now has little debt and is the fastest growing economy in Europe.

Serbia should follow the Icelandic lead. If it follows the Greek policy, then disaster awaits.

Quite amazing what the previous criminal of a government got up to. Selling Serbia and bankrupting it. Tadic needs to serve time in jail.

BTW, it should be easy to find out what border crossing he used to leave Serbia, and who allowed that to happen. I believe that Serbia's immigration checks are computerized. Now, let's not blame the sole immigration agent, but who's command he/she was working under. The plot thickens, and will Vucic have the balls to carryout what he promised, or was just another big, Serbian political lie, that we are accustomed to? It's all in your hands now, Aleksandar.

Well, it is getting quite interesting, indeed, in Serbia's little Kleptocracy. Politicians being investigated for non-reporting of assets, a bank director of a failed and indebted bank flees the country, yummy. I just hope that Vucic, Serbia's new Mr. Clean, reformed from his old days as one of Milosevic's henchmen, will not stop at bringing in all the crooks in Serbia to justice, including the ones in the present ruling coalition. If he does in some of the clowns from the old boys club in the SNS and SPS, then my hat is really off - but I will wait and see about that - besides I still need my hat during this horrible summer heat.
