most of the serb disapora commenting here doesn't get it as usual. This is not a topic which is discussed here in Germany, Kosovo is not linked to this at all. It is an internal discussion about criminal activities with illigal organ sales and transplants in Germany, which has been going on for weeks. Kosovo plays no role in it, and it is redicules like somebody said here that Spiegel had a cover story about Kosov's involvment in it. Simply not true, and, and all the comments concerning that here on this site, are simply wrong and false, and are in line with so many other redicules comments which are spread here.
(Willi Pfaff, 8 August 2012 09:45)

ok Willi we get what you want to say. No point in repeating it. However there are some serious allegations made here and they must be thoroughly investigated. No point in sticking your fingers in your ears and telling yourself repeatedly its all lies, lies and damned lies. You are the first to point the finger the other way however when your own side is involved, howls of protest ensue.

You know what Boss Hogg from the Dukes of Hazzard used to say, "there aint no smoke without fire Jesse".

@ilir: funny name, given that todays Albanians have nothing to do with the ancient illyrians...

but in regard to ilir´s comment:

unlike the stories that can be read in albanian yellow-papers the allegations against albanian-controlled organ-trade are not only the simple invention of some liar, and come on ilir, be honest, you know that the UN, EULEX and others wouldn´t take so much care if there was not something to it!
the probability is quite high that there is something they are withholding in order to keep albanian sabotage out of the investigations..

while I have never heard of any serious article of any "albanian victims" having lost their life and/or their organs in Belgrade´s military-hospital, there are many non-serb individuals claiming that there was indeed exactly what Mr.Marty has voiced publicly.

you cannot stand the truth, am I right? =)

as for providing facts: each and every time when I have repeatedly asked the big-mouth-Albanians in here to provide some serious facts about their alleged illyrian descent, they either presented us some laughable wikipedia-article or even more stupid, some "experts" on "Albanology" like Noel Malcolm... =)
that was the climax of albanian sources, though.

OR they simply stay quiet. and that silence of the usually so big-mouthed Albanians says more about them than any rather stupid popular-"scientific" sponsored by the albanian diaspora...

so, the bottom-line is: you Albanians are the last who should ask for evidence...

Here's a quote from the article:
[...]
(Daniel, 6 August 2012 12:18)

You quote the wrong source. I did not challenge the German article (I even pointed to it), I was refering to what the Serbian media, namely Politika, made with it. Here the passage:

"According to the daily, organs extracted from the kidnapped Serbs in 1999 served as the Medicus’ “ticket” to join a network of hospitals known for their involvement in illegal transplants."

So where is the proof of Politika's accusation? Huh? I'm ready to hear it, just present it. The German article is credible, making clear that there is no evidence regarding the accusations in 1999. Politika on the other hand leaves that out and even claims that those unproven events are even the jump board for further accusations. In trial, that is called "speculations". In public, it is merely propaganda.

However, what is very interesting is the fact that this detailed story of the Spiegel did not connect it with the allegations which focus the claims during the Kosovo war since there are no proofs that it even happened. The Serbian media, on the other hand, such as Politika makes a direct connection with the Medicus case, turning this again into a propaganda attempt. THAT nobody buys.

Here's a quote from the article:
"Accusations of organ trafficking quickly become a political issue in Kosovo. In recent years, Carla Del Ponte, the former chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague, and European Council Special Rapporteur Dick Marty have claimed that when the young country's prime minister, Hashim Thaçi, fought with the Kosovo Liberation Army in the late 1990s, he sanctioned the killing of Serbian prisoners of war for the removal of their organs. Although Marty and Del Ponte have so far been unable to furnish clear evidence, EULEX has been investigating the allegations since September 2011."

This report here is completly blown out of proportion. There has been an organ transplant scandal going on in Germany for a while. 1 Doctor obviously performed organ transplants in two clinics, Göttingen and Regensburg, and that scandal is not linked to Kosovo in any way it is reported here. This doctor obviously also perform a liver transplant in Kosovo once, that is all and it is under investigation now. But 99,999% of what this man did was done in Germany. This illigal and sad practice is done all over the world. It is horrible, unacceptable that people from 3rd world countries sell their organs to people who can afford to buy these organs. This horrible practice is not limited to Germany, it goes on all over the world, in all countries, and I am sure in Serbia as well. Germany has a free and good press system which brought it out into the public, that is all. All reports here in Germany, do not link it in any way to Kosovo like the B92 article tries to make people believe. If you don't believe me, do a google search, and u will see that the present organ scandal here is not linked to Kosovo at all. Just another example on how the serb public is being misinformed

What's absolutely astonishing is when k-albanians can't get the public to swallow their lies, they quickly invent the story where they are victims of exactly the same crime they've been found to have perpetrated on the Serbs.

This is an old k-albanian tactic, we all remember it from the 1980s, as does UN Security Concil who investigated several such collective lies, and they were as astonished as we were.

Unfortunately, it'll take a bit longer for the international community to fully comprehend k-albanian psychopathology. Until then, Serbs have to be patient and watch their backs.

Appaling news indeed. Immetiately when I heard the news that there is an organ trade scandal in Göttingen I thought of the Marty case. The doctor responsible for this, allegedly established links to Kosovo Albanians living in Berlin. He also accepted bribes to put people's names up on the list of receivers (Thus causing the death of poorer but more seriously ill patients). I think this is just the tip of the iceberg of a huge Albanian Mafia-sponsored Organ trafficking network relying on parts of the Albanian expat community. Never quite understood why our government sided with Albanians especially with people who so obviously are Mafia bosses.

No point in sticking your fingers in your ears and telling yourself repeatedly its all lies, lies and damned lies. You are the first to point the finger the other way however when your own side is involved, howls of protest ensue.

Politka writes that the Medicus Clinic is often mentioned in the case of illegal organ trade of Serbs in Kosovo.

If this news article is trying to tell us that organs are coming from Serbs, than is a big lie. Unless, are some desperate Serbs just like many in India , which are extremely poor and trying to make some money. So, what is wrong with that, it happens in your beloved Russia, even in my beloved USA.

strange that the German media doesn't report on this 'news' .....
(bill, 5 August 2012 16:19)

Wrong! Spiegel made it last week the cover story. It was very detailed. There is an ongoing discussion in Germany which goes much farer than this case. Chilly indeed.

"According to the daily, organs extracted from the kidnapped Serbs in 1999 served as the Medicus’ “ticket” to join a network of hospitals known for their involvement in illegal transplants"

And, where does the daily bases that ?! In addition, we all know that the organs of the kidnapped Serbs were extracted in the famous yellow house in Albania, not in Medicus in Kosovo. So please, Serbs have to agree among themselves what is excatly the story they want to tell and then start the propaganda about the story :)

The German ministry’s spokeswoman Katarina Menz stated that the money for the purchase of equipment for “a Kosovo hospital” had been forwarded to an unnamed humanitarian organization. My a**. The horrific news coming out of Germany and Pristina is appalling. Here we have the German State insisting that recognize a criminal one, for what? So that the illegal activities originating in Albanian Kosovo will be easier? So that the organ-harvesting, drug trafficking, human-trafficking, arms smuggling, you name it, can get into the EU easier, and Germany can take a cut, while they keep their rebellious Albanians quiet and happy.

Just another example on how the serb public is being misinformed

waoo impressed :)

in 2003 it was Serdan Kerim of FYROM that had the same "prestigious" positions that your Vuk got it as gift from Russia but:

1. it wasn't any big fuss in FYROM
2. it brought nothing to FYROM - it is just a 1 yr mandate without any significance

so Jovo nice you have great time with your crystal ball but reality check is healthy exercise - try to practice it, don't be scared.

Regarding the article: it is POLITIKA writing better stretching.

Medicus case is under trial and sentences are delivered. Nothing new. These cases happen in all countries. The only difference is that as someone said here your propaganda machinery likes it eat its own vomit.

The sooner we learn about it the better for all. Unfortunately, the responsible uck terrorists behind this will face no punishment.

Not so strange, because this story was already published one week ago in the German 'Spiegel' magazine. Furthermore, this story is not new, but uncovers more facts, backgrounds and a wider range of the Medicus clinic scandal already known from the Marty report about Kosovo Albanians and organ trafficking.

This is an international problem. Everywhere there are "urban legands" about living people being robbed of their tissue. Clearly there is truth to these claims. Do people really have a right to give up pieces of their bodies to doctors? How many of these people even know what these organs do in their own bodies? What are they told?

And of course, now, murderers running around loose during war and civil unrest have one more sadistic act to perform on the innocent. It has got to stop and a good place to start is to take seriously the claims of the Serbs against the Albanian authorities in Kosovo.

Here's a quote from the article:

Try looking for it.
