Ruling party calls for investigation into activities of NBS

The ruling Serb Progressive Party (SNS) has called for "activities of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) to be investigated".

According to the SNS release, “the very criminal economic, monetary and fiscal policies” pursued during the rule of the Democratic Party (DS) contributed to the “huge problems” that Serbia is facing today.

This can be seen in the fact that over the past four years, the domestic currency has lost about 50 percent of its value against the euro, as well as in the fact that more than a quarter of a million citizens are out of work, the SNS said.

If this is truly the case, and I fear it is, then why did Nikolic rehire Dinkic as the finance minister? It is a little silly to blame him now isn't it?
