???? "Country terrorize its own people"???? Do You remember who started terrorist actions against Serbs in 80'?? Do You remember who torched Patriarchate of Peć?? Do You remember Your Albanian leader - Fadil Haxha who joked at an official dinner in Prizren that Serbian women should be used to satisfy potential ethnic Albanian rapists?? It was in the time when Albanians had FULL POWER in Kosovo.

Don't be hypocrite!! You know wery good that Albanian terrorist actions in Kosovo in 80' gave power to Milosević and gave him excuse for decrease Kosovo's autonomy.

Pseudo-plan of pseudo-laureate of Nobel Prize Martti Ahtisaari is nothing more as dictate. Mr. Ahtisaari in his pseudo-plan gave all to one side and nothing for second side and violated Resolution 1244.

Ahtisaari spoke for Croatian daily Večernji List to say that Serbia should not be allowed to join the EU before it "recognized Kosovo".

Ranting and raving like a lunatic to a HDZ-themed newspaper. And for a minute I thought Ahtisaari actually had some credibility to his statements.

To most, Serbia just decided to kill and expell albanians for no reason. Without asking themselves, why is this happening? I'm not saying that the reaction by Belgrade was the right one but Serbia intensified its operations in Kosovo for a reason. The terror against serbs, as well as albanains loyal to Serbia, got out of hand.

Serbia was presented with a proposal they could only accept or refuse. Serbia had been bombed and the whole world was agains it. Therefore the Americans and their allies thought it would be easy to force Serbia to accept anything. If they refused to do so, like they did, they would once again be maid to be the villian and acused of not wanting peace. I lived in Fresno during the war over Kosovo and I can tell you one thing. I have never seen so much propaganda against a people and a nation as I saw on american tv during that war. I'm not saying serbs didn't do some horrible thing but the exageratioon in US media was horrible. After the war ended there was not one single coverage about the killing of serbs and the burning of their holy places. America was involved in the negotiations and you don't expect them to be fair and balanced now do you? There should have been negotiations once the situation calmed down. Now its to late to negotiate a settlement. Albanians won't be happy with less then they have been promised by the west and serbs won't be satisfied with less then the territory they currently control in Kosovo.

EC didn't comment because Ahtisaari isn't their spokeperson and can't make a decision for the EU. Ahtisaari is upset because his plan failed wasting all the time he sat on the toilet think up his plan. Now he wants the EU to force his plan on Serbia but the EU won't. Even Merkel can't use money against the five EU hold outs. Greece and Spain won't be forced into following Merkel's policies for bail out money.

"failed talks...." not because of Ahtisari. We all knew and know how different tbe views are between Albanians and Serbs when it comes to Kosovo. Let's not pretend that nothing has happened in Kosovo since the break up of Yugoslavia. Let's not pretend that nothing is happening nowdays in Syria. How do you know this, as no one has attempted to use this as a tool. EU countries are bailing out Spain and Greece and others to save the EU not using it as political blackmail. So you have no idea what they would or would not do. You really think Serbia is the center of the universe and everyone is willing to commit suicide in the name of Serbia????

Finally we agree: there was indeed no mutual agreed deal between Serbia and Albanians in Kosovo. This means.. no deal = no deal. Situation remains as it is: Kosovo is a UN governed province of Serbia!

Well, Kosovo implemented it. But, yes, you are correct - Serbia did not implement it; but anyway that's none of Kosovo's business if Serbia implemented the plan or not.

Sure, if it makes you happy we can say that UN governs Kosovo, but not Serbia - Kosovo is fine with being independent from Serbia, even though it is dependent from the UN.

Well, Kosovo implemented it. But, yes, you are correct - Serbia did not implement it; but anyway that's none of Kosovo's business if Serbia implemented the plan or not.
