What flaws? Be specific. European standards? Since when does the EU determine the administrative division or delegation of power in a country, especially a non-member? "EU Standards" has become a justification for everything theses guys do/say.

Niš and Kragujevac may have an office in Brussels, but they are cities not PROVINCES, see the difference? Novi Sad can have its own office if it likes.

And do you know why Vojvodina is the only region in Europe to have 6 (six!) official languages? Because no other region in Europe is stupid enough to want to deal with that bureaucratic nightmare.

To put into perspective: official languages / population % Vojvodina (2002)

- Serbian (65.05%)
- Hungarian (14.28%)
- Slovak (2.79%)
- Croatian (2.78%)
- Romanian (1.05%)
- Rusyn (0.77%)

So really only Hungarian is justified as a co-official language because of the modest size of the Hungarian minority.
