U.S.: Serbia should implement agreements

The US would say that wouldn't they- who cares what they think, it is up to Serbia to make their own decisions.

Yeah, and I believe that the bloody yanks should keep their big noses out of everyone else's damn business and put their own house in order for a change, like feeding their own 14 million plus children who don't get enough to eat each day and housing the homeless and giving their people jobs instead of robbing them blind. What the hell can those jerks teach anyone apart from how to screw everyone over. Washington, GO TO HELL!!!

We encourage Serbia to implement them fully, and Kosovo to complete everything that is necessary for the implementation of the agreements, the U.S. official said.

The basis of Kosovo's current status is governed by international law, specifically UNSC 1244, which puts Kosovo as part of Serbia. Therefore, if any talks will take place of a political nature, the UN must be involved. The US doesn't run the world anymore; it is one of many great nations. Kosovo can't get into the dying EU, and it won't get into the UN without Serbia's permission.
