Competent organs to probe daily’s sale

I don't understand. If Politika is a privately held company, and an owner sells his share of the company, what is to investigate? Is Politika State-owned? If not, it has the right to do what it wants. It can also, at its chosing lean to the left, or right, in its reporting. That is the way it is done in democratic, capitalistic societies. Seems these Serbian politicians want to control everything. Like the good old communist days, eh, Vucic and Dacic?
