Yes? Did I miss anything? Or do you mean with 'solution' this UDI by the 'represenatitives of the people of Kosovo' (which is in line with UN1244)? If yes, what did it solve for Kosovo? Kosovo is still a disputed territory in a limbo state.
(Comm. Parrisson, 21 July 2012 13:19)

Excatly, you got it correct. It solved Kosovo's status in accordance with 1244 which is strongly supported by Serbs, as well.

And you are correct that Kosovo is still a disputed territory in a limbo state for you because you dispute it; the same way that Serbia is still a disputed territory in a limbo state for me because I dispute it. It takes just one to make something disputable, that's why there is nothing in this world that is not disputable. So not sure what your point was !

Serbian people in Kosova must be less noisy and respect organs of state.
People need peace and quiet - not dull noise.

Serbian people in Kosovo must respect organs of state. And this state is Serbia.

Why does your state agree on Integrated Border Management with "a disputed territory"? Is there an IBM with Vojvodina? Kosovo may be disputed but still out of your reach.
(Clue. Less, 21 July 2012 15:18)

1. I don't have a state.
2. I don't know why the provincial border between central Serbia and Kosovo has to be 'managed', integrated or not.
3. Yes, Kosovo is out of my reach, and I'm happy to be far away from this black hole in Europe

Of course... a solution to the Kosovo's issue in accordance with 1244 has already been found since more than 4 years ago.

"Their very survival is at stake in KiM, as the Albanians are hell bent on ethnically cleansing all of KiM but Albanians."

Nothing to worry about because according to the CE of the B92 forums sj NO ONE dares to lift a finger against the Serbs – NO ONE dares...

“The fact that more than a thousand (ethnic) Albanians, who committed murders and serous crimes against Serbs, have the full freedom of movement and take part in the political life, as they have not been prosecuted, is yet another cause for concern,” the letter reads.

UNMIK has the task to provide 'freedom of movement'. Even for criminals who should be behind bars, obviously :)

I don't think that Ban is smiling, he is not Albanian. The Serbs in the North of KiM have concrete reasons for concern. Their very survival is at stake in KiM, as the Albanians are hell bent on ethnically cleansing all of KiM but Albanians. The internationals just want the KiM issue solved, they are tired of pouring money down an empty pit. In the process, they have turned a blind eye to the survival of the ethnic Serb community. I don't think that Ban has a reason to smile about that. He is not Albanian.

Underscoring that in the last 13 years, more than a thousand Serbs were killed, while tens of thousands Serb houses and apartments are still usurped, or were burnt down or demolished, four municipal presidents claim that several hundred thousand Albanians still possess arms, and that they have not been disarmed as was stipulated in UN SC Resolution 1244.

at one time Serbia did not recognize UNMIK documents(passport&ID). After CDI(Coordinated Declaration of Independence), Serbia said they will honor UNMIK documents but not KS.
Does any Serb know what they really want?

You have and had freedom of movement, but you chose to put yourselves inside the cage by erecting stupid barricades.
It is you own fault.

Ban must be chuckling as he reads a letter from people who have spent 90% of the last 13 years denying the authority of UNMIK and Resolution 1244 are now saying that any decisions on Kosovo must adhere to Resolution 1244.
