You really think so? You really think that the reason why Serbia is experiencing a drought is because the U.S. Midwest is experiencing a drought where a large Serbian community resides? Well when it comes to the Midwest from what I heard it's Chicago that "home" to the Serb community (incidentally since I believe you're a Croat that it may interest you to know that Chicago could be featuring a large Croatian community simply because when I visited that city about 2 years ago that I discovered a Croatian community center as we rode by.)
Finally and I believe it somehow relates to the topic but less than 2 weeks ago myself,some family members and their friends went on a day trip to the neighboring U.S. state of Maine where at some point I recall seeing a sign for a city,town or village called Belgrade but I sincerely doubt that Belgrade,Maine,U.S.A. has a connection to Belgrade,Serbia.If need be to point out but Maine doesn't really appear to be a cosmopolitan state.
So everywhere there are adverse weather conditions on this planet there are large Serbian communities living there being punished by God is that what you are trying to immply??
I don't believe there are large Serbian communities in Croatia anymore but you have had adverse weather conditions of your own in Croatia, is God punishing you lot also for all the murders and war crimes your people have committed, mmmm, interesting!!

The weather is changing on a global scale and that is something the entire population of this planet should now focus on.
Things are going to become more extreme than they are now weather wise and that is a scary scenario for all people.
What we should be doing instead of warring with each other is finding ways to ensure the survival of the human race and finding more efficient ways to feed the planet instead of dropping bombs on it and contaminating the land we need to sustain life.
Food prices will rocket if we don't do something and that will cause problems for those who cannot afford to pay high food prices, it doesn't take a genius to work out the consequences of that scenario.
We have enough intelligence on this planet I hope to work together to ensure we can combat the changing seasons, if we don't act now things don't bode well for any of us. Food for thought I think.
