According to the boy genius above - there were no innocent Croats and Muslims because , wait for it ----they were "in Civil-War with the Serbians .."

The Militant Muslim and Nazicroatians in Civil-War with the Serbians not.
And as a German you should ceep mum about Genocide,
you are not qualified with confidense to write about the matter and,
certainly Germany was an Instigator and Orhestrator and suporter in the break up of Yugoslavia leading to the Civil war.
Germany policy has not change in any respect.

If he is proven guilty, his reputation is stained. His family ashamed. That's some punishment at least. For certain crimes it doesn't matter how old you are.

Anybody who participated in the concentration camp genozide by the Nazi's, no matter how old he or she is, should be prosecuted and sentenced. Too many got away, and these crimes against humanity have to be followed up, and no matter where and who those people are, they have to be brought to justice, and put behind bars.
The same applied to all the those war criminals who committed the gonocide during the Balkan wars of the 90's. Serbia has been way to lenient when it comes to clearing up it's past, way to forgiving, and as as we saw in so many high profile cases, like the Mladic, Karadzic, etc cases, has a blind eye, even helps them to hide. Only when the pressure gets to big, it finally acts. It is not doing itself a favor by helping to cover up these cases.
