I'm relieved to hear Serbian security is represented in some, any, way in Kosovo. I'd like to hear that they are there officially too.

cees, you tell a strange tale. You fled Kosovo, you came back and asked somebody in Albanian, which you had "learned before" and then asked again in English. You don't speak Serbian? You didn't have a chance to hear the people you asked say something to determine what language they spoke?

I've heard people say that you should speak Serbian around strangers in Kosovo. Is that why you didn't try to speak Serbian?

From that moment we were convinced that Serbian policemen sent by Belgrade were doing duty in The North.

Why are you so sure they were sent by Beograde? What if they were local Serbs?

Usual behaviour of sly village people still living in Turkish Vilayet age.
Serbians in Kosovo must be less dishonest and show government in Pristina respect. Govt. of all Kosovo and Kosovo inhabitants of democratic type.

"The policemen turned their back to us, only a female police answered and showed us the direction. From that moment we were convinced that Serbian policemen sent by Belgrade were doing duty in The North."

I don't get it. What convinced you? The fact that policemen turned their backs on you or that the female police showed you the way? Was she albanian? If you mean that the policement that turned their back on you were sent from Serbia then I guess those albanian KPS policemen that beat up serb civilians must come from Albania. According to your way of seeing things.

This a blatant lie. I visited with my wife North Mitrovica in 2008. We were looking for a certain place where the house of a friend was situated, before his family fled this part of Kosovo. We asked a group of policemen where this place could be. My wife questioned them on Albanian which she had learned before, not realizing that these policemen clearly were not Albanian and didn't wear the KPS uniform. The reaction was accordingly very harsh and hostile. Then she switched to English. The policemen turned their back to us, only a female police answered and showed us the direction. From that moment we were convinced that Serbian policemen sent by Belgrade were doing duty in The North. We are still joking about the mistake of talking Albanian to Serbian policemen.

cees- you know what, i hope you are right. We must have someone to protect our people from another krystallnacht. I hope Serbian police are there, and they have my full support.

So there. Stop with your whining Pristina, and you imbecile EU/US talking heads. You have no clue what is going on in N. KiM, nor should you, because you are not wanted there. Please concentrate on that cesspool you created in S. KiM, and assist minorities to return to their ancestral homes, that were thrown out by Albanian mobs. Talk is cheap, and that's all I hear from Pristina and the internationals. They do nothing to improve the lives of minorities. If they think they have, what is it?
