The Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) supports the idea of achieving a national consensus on Kosovo that would observe the framework of the Constitution.
Not sure what "reader" mumbled but I believe that it is the only party in Serbia that truly wants to do what's best for Serbia and not what's best for " the west". Imagine that! The nerve of those dastardly Serbs!
"The first and last item of such a consensus which ought to be achieved at the republic parliament should be the Serbian Constitution, that is the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity, and the content of that consensus would be open for consideration," Samardžić underlined.
Well, nobody would give a hoot about the Serbian Constitution... what takes priority for Kosovo is resolution 1244 and Samardžić should be happy with that since it guarantees that Kosovo is Serbia LOL

Megalomania: is an attitude best shown by DSS when not even the Serbian people voted for them but they dream they are going to make the full world (none other than) adhere to the DSS-like strategies they have in mind. Which, I am pretty sure amount to "Do not do anything, play the waiting game, repeat over my dead body, pass it for pride".
