It is no surprise because his health was already bad when they arrested him. 2 stroken and his age have made his health weak. I am afraid that when he dies, they will use his death as an excuse, they will say the tribunal killed him to distract from the fact he comitted war crimes!

Either way, I am sure that the judges at the ICTY have more legal exprience to determine whether what happened in Srebrenica fits within the definition of "genocide" then some Serbian or Russian scholar that has never set foot inside a courthouse.

I've actually had a read on that website a couple of times and each time I am left with the same impression, the same guy calling everyone a genocide denier, denies Bosnian Federation forces committed any crimes against Serbs in a most ridiculously stretched way.
