Mr.Fogh Rasmussen statement:"We need political process that will lead to
full integration of the North into Kosovo society" This statement is completely devorced from reality.Kosovo society is infested with criminal elements and ethnically motivated crime occurring on almost daily.NATO'performance in Nation building is a total failure. From Bosnia/ Herzegovina and Kosovo to Iraq and Afghanistan with negative consequences for those regions and its people for decades if not centuries to come.Any outside power, creating and taking sides in civil
wars plant seeds of discontent and hate among warring factions which heals very, very slowly.Northern Kosovo Serbs should negociate peaceful co-existence but not the right be free from Kosovo Albanians yoke.

Well now dialogue shall be made on how to integrate n. Kosova into Kosova society. Sounds good. Just last week tadic and Thaqishook hands and tadic turned around and said its about time the representatives of Serb and ethnic Albanian NATIONS showed mutual respect. That also sounds good. I like where this is heading. Serbia will never recognize Kosova. LIE. Kosova is Serbia. Lie. Now it's we will never give up northern mitrovic. I have a feeling that will be a lie too.

I don't blame Serbs for wanting to own Kosova , it is the the flattest, most fertile and most mineral rich land in the whole of Balkans. The Serbs had control of Kosova for about 100 years 1900-1999 but they did nothing but rob, rape, burn and spill blood. Finally that 100 years is done and at least there's beautiful churches left now. God bless all the people of Kosova and for the next 100 years and more I wish you the best of luck and prosperity that you deserve now that Belgrade cannot murder as the please.

"security counsil resolution 1244"
The resolution is backed by two main permanant security counsil members.
Great victory nevertheles considering all the EU and USA pressure to recognise Kosovo.

how wrong can you be?

You must think that this is being posted in all the third world countries of the world. The ones without television and newspapers.
the estimated Serb cvilian casualty rate is less than 500 and there were less than 200,000 Serbs in Kosovo before and there is maybe 150,000 now. So thousands could not have possibly been killed and hundreds of thousands could not have been displaced, I think you are thinkin of the Albanians from the Serb forces.

"He stressed that all issues should be solved through dialogue between Belgrade and Priština. "

“We need a political process that will lead to full integration of the north into Kosovo society,” he said.

Interesting kind of 'dialogue' when the desired result is already known.

Why should Serbs in the north want to be integrated in the undemocratic, clan-based society of Kosovo?

“We need a political process that will lead to full integration of the north into Kosovo society,”

He isn't interested in what Kosovo Serbs need.

I wonder which issues he wants Beograde and Prishtina to discuss if the result is clear in advance (according to him) - full integration of Northern Kosovo into so called "Kosovo society"? He just wants Kosovo Serbs to follow his orders and be suppressed by occupational power.

No problem Rasmussen, there needs to be no violence, in fact the Serbs have been requesting international community to intervene every time there was an incident of Kosovo albanians or KFOR attacking the Serbs.

And such incidents have been so numerous, they resulted in thousands of dead Serbian civilians and many more hundreds of thousands forcefully exiled, since NATO decided to enter Kosovo "in order to protect the civilians".

You have no right to prejudice these talks with your personal demands and wishful thinking.

We will decide, during the talks, what the exact outcome of those talks will be, you have no right to be ordering the outcome of those talks in advance because if that's what you are doing, then you are deceiving the population and in fact sending the message that unless your expectations are fulfilled, there will be violent repercussions for the Serbs (I am basing this conclusion on the fact that NATO illegally, and against international law ands UN resolutions, bombed Serbia including Kosovo and subsequently established NATO military bases on Serbian territory, whilst supporting a terrorist organisation KLA which is now "in charge", under your protectorate.)

Don't think for a second that anyone with half a brain can't see exactly the meaning of your messages, Rasmussen.

maybe the issues of disattisfaction that is widely advicated may be an indication of possible collapse of the structures that the EU and Nato have financed in southern serbia, and a direct reflection of the financial ability of those representative governments to support such a system that has been inplicated in critical levels of human trafficking, drugs , prostitution, arms smuggling, terrorist activities, organ trafficking, and other activities that has been documented in international institutions, maybe one of them maybe the UN, and other governments. Maybe such persons as "Nicolle" may dispute those facts as a paid troll
