Nikolic himself has said that the previous agreements have to be implemented, so they can move forward. If these Serbs don't like it in Kosova, they can always walk right back to Serbia. Prishtina will be more than happy to assist them with transportation back to Serbia if it is necessary.

Since when do Serbs refer to Kosovo as Kosova?
Nice try, no luck. Welcome to try again.

It's true that after all these talks there has been more violence and pressure towards Kosovo Serbs. There's been nothing positive for them, so it's easy to see why they want them stopped and reversed. And all Serbia gets is more empty promises, as the elusive EU carrot is dangled, and demands.

Instead of a petition from the Kosovo Serb institutions, why don't the Kosovo Serbs bring suit in the Serbian constitutional court asking it to make a decision on whether the agreements the exec branch under Tadic entered into with Pristina violate the Serbian constitution? If the court rules yes, then the agreement cannot be implemented. I'm befuddled at the way these meetings are proceeding. Doesn't the Serbian parliament have to review and discuss the agreements and then vote on it at least. Someone please educate me on the process. Checks and balances too mcuh for the balkans?

See the thing Serbians are having a hard time understanding here is, that a plan was drawn up by the international community (will you) the major powers! That plan was the, (ahtisaari plan). It was then presented to both party's the Albanians & Serbians for there signatures! The big powers never asked neither side if they would agree with the plan. The plan was already agreed upon by the big boys themselves, they just wanted the sides to sign the imposed agreement end of story.. The choice of what is & isn't fair was already made and agreed to well in advance of being presented to the Albanians or Serbians. Serbia & milosevic, had doomed itself from day one, with the ethnic cleansing campaine against the Albanians! So as a punishment of abuse of governance upon a people, Kosova in its entirety was then accepted by the big boys as sovereign & independent. Now the Serbs of Kosova can sign petitions & threaten leaving in masses all they want, that is their choice. But here is a quick fact, the temporary parallel Serb institutions in northern Kosova will be coming down in a relatively short time period & will be replaced by the republic of Kosova institutions! Now, I know that a lot of Serbs really had their hopes high, but u know the saying,You do the crime, you pay the fine! Serbs should not see this as the end of the world, actually they can use this experience for their future in as making sure that they don't elect jacka.... into power. Good luck in the future you will need it!

Of course they want. Every month someone is killed. And not even one international media portal informs about that! How that could be fair?

Looks more and more like the last government sold serbs out in Kosovo. I have noticed amongst many serbs, in Sweden where I live and in Serbia, that they don't care much about Kosovo. Some think that it has become a burden and that it is costing to much. However I think that even though Kosovo may be lost it is important not to give in to western pressure and albanian threats. The easier we make it for them to tear our country appart the more likely they are to continue that process in other parts of Serbia. Small and poor countries are easier to control then big and powerful ones. If your not an ass kisser like Croatia then they will do what they have to to bring you on your knees. Besides ethnic clensing and the destruction of our cultural heritage in Kosovo would be legitimized if Serbia recognizes Kosovo. Then we will experience ethnic clensing for real. Even before the war there has been a tendency amonst albanians to expell serbs. It has continued after the war ended and it will continue until the end of time. Its time to choose sides. Without a doubt we need to turn east. Unless we want to be someones lappdog we should turn toward Mother Russia. What good has come out of EU membership if you look at Greece, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Italy etc? They were much stronger before they joined. Now they are dependent on German aid, just like the balkans. Germany failed to take over Europe by force but has now succeeded to enslave us without having to fire a single shot.
