"...Lissovolik said it was important to adopt a realistic and cost-effective budget balancing bill..."

And when does the 'civilized' part of Europe manage this, 3012?

Comm-the end results are plain to see. It was a civil war. It was not a foreign invasion. The hoaxes tha t set up Serbia as the bad guy are becoming revealed. Serbia has paid for any crimes, the others will too. For what they did was far more sinister.

"How about NATO and Albanians pay us damages caused in their aggressive and illegal separatist attack, compensate us with interest (which has been quite high in the last decade) then we can have a look at Serbia's debt situation. "

But only when all the neighboring countries (Bosnia, Croatia) don't come up with request for compensation for all the damages Serbian troops caused - in this case, Serbia's debt would double.

Default on all speculative debt, any debt that is supposed to be made off interest (only pay back what you actually owe) and default from any Libyan debt which is surprisingly one of Serbia's biggest owners of its debt. Seeing as that is not the same country that gave us those loans in the first place and we aren't going to pay back some Jihadist lunatics who also have closet homosexual tendencies after they rapped Ghaddafi before killing him. What freaks.

Anyway after doing that, Serbia's debt problems will be easier to deal with.

Until then, we are victims of scandalous rip off, burglary, you can say. Breaking and entering.

everyones broke bogdan. You are, I am, even bloody Germany is. Lets write it all off and start again. The money that gets printed only goes to pay the banks who are not willing to incur any losses but want to keep the gains anyway. Let em swing! Lets face it, we are all up the creek without a paddle.

For one they have to sit down, and he to whom the debtor is owed!
Without the pressure and exclusion of any party to the negotiations?

Any measures different than Argentina did for their economy would be bad for Serbia. Luckily, new Government posses common sense not to implement IMF recommendations..at least, I hope... Otherwise, we will become "slaves" to foreign corporations with money...
