Somebody should tell this guy that elections are over.
================================

Someone has already told Tadic that and now we are seeing the real Tadic.

As far as this guys is concerned, I think he knows that the elections are over. He is just being himself, just like Tadic is.
I feel sorry for you that your man has lost.

Why? It's their job to point out the shortcomings of their opponents.

Serbia was always poorer than Slovenia and Croatia. During Yugo days, the average Slovenian was worth $6,000 per year and the average Croatian was worth $5,500 per year. The average Serbian was only worth $3,000.

I recall a stat that showed that over 50% of foreign currency spent in Yugoslavia was spent entirely in Croatia, yet only 12% of that wa re-invested in Croatia.

Serbia's fate was inevitable once Yugo broke apart. It's going to be a tough rebuilding process.

Its great to hear about how this government was elected by the people. DSS were one of the parties to jump on the bandwagon saying two of the three main parties in the government were guilty of voter fraud (SPS and G17). Either they were lying then or they are lying now.

Perhaps DSS are hoping that government negotiations will collapse and they can come forward to prop them up...

Unfortunately, we Serbs have always had poor politicians to put it mildly! It seems that Serbia will always experience chaos in one form or the other --- on its own. I must also admit that the former Jugoslavija was a much better state to be part of as our Serb laziness and self-destructiveness was more than offset by our industrious Slovenian and Croatian "brothers"!

"The people voted for changes and, unlike in 2008, this government will be the choice of the Serbian people, not of foreigners," the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) spokesman concluded.

Every government so far was the choice of the Serbian people. The one under Milosevic, under Kostunica, under Djindjic and under Tadic. Even the upcoming new one will be like that, you can only blame the SNS to give the PM job to their junior partner SPS.
