Prosecution to present evidence against Mladić on Monday

The Prosecution should start presenting evidence in the trial of Ratko Mladić before the Hague Tribunal On July 9.

But they couldn't prove it in all those years. The ICTY did such a poor job that the media stopped talking about it - Milosevic was outing all sorts of lies and propaganda. The "witnesses" against him were proven liars - often shown to have memorized a script pushed by the prosecutors.

Proves my point! You would not have been able to claim this if he had lived through to a conviction. Again who benefitted from his death? Serbia and the nationalists.
He played the delay card very well one of the benefits of representing oneself as the others quickly followed suit.

The only reason Serbia agreed to turn him over was his health was failing and they knew he would not live long enough for a verdict. Also it was more of a benefit to Serbia that Milosevic never lived to have a final judgment. So if his death was suspicious, I wonder which group should be looked at first?
