Bill, why is Serbia's thinking backwards, because it refuses to recognize an independent Albanian State in its Southern province? Maybe Albanians should stop murdering elderly Serbian returnees for a start, and Pristina asking its so-called police to actually catch one of these murderers? Talks may then start to improve. Mr Brown came to tell Serbia "Belgrade needed to stop supporting illegal security and judicial structures in northern Kosovo" with a straight face!?!? while at the same time murder of Serbs happen again....does he realize that when he is saying to stop supporting illegal security he is basically saying "you must agree to illegal insecurity" is he not...it must feel like s*** to be him,but i suppose it is a job well payed and money talks and bs walks !......outrageous shame on them all !

The next phase is to reexamine and debate the EU mediated Agreement, and this reexamination and debated will be announced next year, and the Agreement will not be Implemented until has been modified to make it fairer to everyone, but reality shows that the United Nations 6 Point Plan for Kosovo is the only workable solution.

America, and other Europeans will have to come to peace with the reality that there is no such thing as a democratic, sovereign, independent or multiethnic Kosovo.

Probably for 2 reasons, 1. they want to be a part of America, 2. There has not been a federal campaign to cleanse them.

It is too little, too late for Tadic to come to this conference now. I have been saying it all along, Kosova needs to keep its focus on, (1) building a solid infrastructure in Kosova. (2) Working on building a stronger democracy .(3) keep building stronger relations with all of its allies,especially the U.S & E.U.
(4) Expansion & modernization of the KSF(Kosova security force) with a policy of a accelerated move to become a member of NATO. (5) accelerated policy's on E.U. Membership. (6) Securing kosovas entire border With serbia & with the help of kosova's allies remove all illegal serbian parallel structures & terrorist camps put up by Serbia, so that the government of Kosova can work more efficiently to build a stronger democracy,it is really needed in that part of Kosova at this critical period.

Maybe you should save that comment for a time when (if ever) there is a serious movement for those places to be independent. Should the US go out and say you are independent eventhough you don't want to be because some serb in Canada thinks you should be if Kosovo is.

You know my father was a very wise man and he worked hard all his life. He always taught me not to look down on a person who worked to support his family. Considering that there's no historical 'Kosovo' border, and bearing in mind that the north was once 'added' to the province of Kosovo only to have a better ethnical balance and realizing that the project of creating a multi-ethnic, democratic Kosovo has miserably failed, partition would really be the best option for finding a solution of this mess called 'Kosovo'

Maybe you should save that comment for a time when (if ever) there is a serious movement for those places to be independent. Should the US go out and say you are independent eventhough you don't want to be because some serb in Canada thinks you should be if Kosovo is.
Immigrants come to America for an American way of life because things were bad where they came from. Many Floridians families risked miles of treacherous ocean on homemade boats to get to America, do think they want to turn it into another Cuba.

You know my father was a very wise man and he worked hard all his life. He always taught me not to look down on a person who worked to support his family. Some people have better opportunities, some people have better capabilities, and some people spend their life trying to convince others of their importance by belittling others. The thing is it usually does not work, most people see through it, and you are as transparent as they come.
