pss said, "Your main issue is that this is potential money and jobs in Kosovo, and Serbia will not see any."

pss ... grow up! Who are you to speak for me? My comments would have been the same regardless of the country.

My "main issue" and comments were directed solely at Clark's motivation and that motivation is greed and money ... in his pocket. He could care less about the environment or the health of ALL people living in Kosovo.

When Clark was a candidate for US President he stated, "I will strengthen automotive fuel efficiency standards; accelerate the use of hybrid vehicles through targeted tax incentives; impose a cap on carbon emissions from power plants; promote the use of renewable energy like solar and wind; use incentives to increase the energy efficiency of our power plants, our business equipment, and our home appliances; upgrade our outdated electric grid; and help plan for smart growth rather than suburban sprawl."

Because coal conversion to liquid fuel requires CO2 capture and storage, it is a very expensive process in the USA ... not true in China or underdeveloped countries.

My comments would have been the same regardless of the country.

Clark is a hypocrite and you, pss, need to grow up.

Clark's company will explore for coal in Kosovo? Is Clark a coal mining expert? Now the liberation of Kosovo from Serbian opression makes all sense. Liberation of Kosovo coal.

The US does have high coal deposits and its usage is declining in the US but presently it is 22% of the US energy producer. I live within 25 miles of a coal fueled generator, the pollution amt in the air is negligible but it does cost an enormous amount of money to do that.
Now if you have a company and you want to produce fuel in Europe, which is the logical choice find sources in Europe and develop their potential or ship it from the US. Sounds pretty smart to me. Your main issue is that this is potential money and jobs in Kosovo, and Serbia will not see any.

This is very worrying for Romania and for all of Continental Europe that the former NATO General will be basically the Viceroy ot Dictator of Romania.

We know that the American Elites and the European Union Elites will be the first to have vaccines against genetically engineered lethal viruses that will be able to kill 99 % of Earth’s Population within a week of being released from NATO Military Bases in Europe, from American Military Bases Worldwide, possibly as a Solution to the Euro Zone Debt and Economic Crisis and the American Financial and Economic Crisis.

If I were a European Union Politician and I was told that if I become an American Puppet, then I would receive big Mo0ney, and a lifetime supply of vaccines against genetically engineered lethal viruses for myself friends and for my family, then I can just hope that I would have the integrity to reject those Bribes.

I would understand if a Majority of Parliamentarians of at least a European Union Country would be tempted to take those Bribes, especially the lifetime supply of vaccines against genetically engineered lethal viruses.

It is no surprise that Anglo-America wants to break up the European Union, and they will use the Divide and Rule Method.

My opinion is that Anglo-America deliberately engineered this Global Financial Crisis, because they refused to bail out Lehman Brothers, and that may have prevented the problem.

It just seems logical that Anglo-America would cling to its Global Hegemony.

Clark can't make any money from coal in the US when the USA has the largest amount of coal in the world ... why ???

Air pollution.

The citizens of the USA won't breath in the air pollution because the US government says so.

The people and the environment in Kosovo don't matter to Clark ... money and profit matter to Clark.

Clark has no friends ... he has only interests.

Investment in Kosovo? Who's counting their chickens? Nothing but failed privatizations to show so far so look for the real money first. As for Romania, maybe he'll start world war three as he ordered at slatina in 1999. The guy's a fruitcake and no-one likes him.

Let me explain the real stake behind this appointment: Wesley Clark is a pro eminent board member of an american company that deals with exploring Shale gas by hidraulic fracture. The americans of Chevron have already made a deal to do explore the romanian shale gas. The Romanian communities from the designated sites have protested furiosly against this. When Mr Ponta was in the opposition, HE PROMISED THAT THE DEALS WE'LL ANULLED. Now he's prime-minister and...nothing.

And another thing: mr.Ponta is in a conflict cu the president, Basescu. The Parlament will suspend Basescu today. The appointment of Clark is a signal that the americans will do bussines with anyone that agrees with them. The americans have deserted Basescu, after 8 years.

It looks like there are investments coming to Kosovo after all i thought SJ and his connections said there will be no investment at all.

This is how its done all over the world West gets resources people get freedom and get to work at low wages Same in Serbia, Rumania, Kosovo.... etc.

Many people know that Kosovo is full of resources this is why Serbia keeps giving serbs special pay to get its share if it can you think they really care about those 40K Serbs oh please they are tools.

Isn't there some kind of conflict of interest going on here, with this Clark story. Here is a former US general that backed, no did the work for, for a terrorist organization to rid a province of its sovereign rule through military action - then years later comes back and wants to set up shop and make a few bucks? One word comes to mind, despicable.
